Changed my mind on this today, sold for a loss and moved all the proceeds into BCIT. Hint: Check out NNNC. Good luck to anyone still in, I hope you get your 100,000 to 1.

You guys better be careful here, remember all that S-8 paper? Wouldn't be surprised if they start dumping it on this run. Just be cautious, it needs to be dumped sometime.

RWNW: Reverse Merger Agreement w/ Arabian Recab

Reality Wireless Networks Inc (OTCBB: RWNW) filed an 8-K and disclosed that on 7/21/05, the Company and Arabian Recab For Trading Co entered into an agreement to merge and to rename the Company, "Recab International Inc." The agreement provides that all of the shares of common stock of Recab International issued and outstanding at the time the merger becomes effective will be converted into common stock of the Company such that the current holders of Arabian Recab common stock will hold 98% of all shares of the common stock outstanding immediately after the closing of this merger transaction. The agreement may be terminated at any time prior to the Effective Time by written agreement; by Arabian Recab for breach of any of the representations and warranties or covenants, if such breach is not cured within thirty days of written notice; by the Company for breach of any Arabian Recab representations and warranties or covenants if the breach is not cured within thirty days of written notice; by either party upon completion of due diligence.

I'm still in. 164.5 millionshares traded and up 83% I haven't looked up my notes, but I think that that is about how many shares are out standing, but even if there are several hundred shares outstanding, that is still a good percentage of shares that trade hands today. Will have to see what happens in the next few days.

i am still in vald but like i said from the beginning it is only gambling money for me on this one stargazer is the one who has done a lot of good dd on this co it just may happen two mergers before have fallen apart. thats why if this does go boy will it run imho

I'm in for 500,000 shares. If it goes up half a cent , great, if not, so what,... it's a gamble. It's more expensive to drive to AC, get a room, gamble and buy drinks. =)

Up 30% today on 98 million shares, almost 1/4 of the entire # of shares. I chickened out when it went down to .0009 on the 8th and didn't double my investment, and now its up 144% in a week. Eventually it could go a LOT HIGHER. Wouldn't be a bad idea to put in a good till cancelled order to buy more at .0010
