The shares of Hee Corp (HCCF) closed on 12/31/2004 at 86/100s of one cent - that's $ 0.0086.

A $ 1,000 investment in HCCF shares on Monday 01/03/2005 should yield each acquirer at least 115,000 shares, perhaps even 125,000.

In order for that $ 1,000 to be worth $ 100,000 before year-end 2005, HCCF shares would have to trade at around $ 1.15.

Within a few weeks, Sparky will post on this allstocks.com site a detailed HCCF write-up; but for now he'll conclude by saying that he firmly believes that HCCF shares WILL see $ 1.15 before year end.

Stay Tuned, and Happy New Year to all!

Sincerely,

Sparky

Sorry, but I disagree on TGTL. I posted a 122% gain to my account on this one already (in December)....now I'm in again and up 19% at the moment and still holding. I've been very happy with this pick, thanks to Sparky.

Nobonemovies99,

What was his buy in at, and what is the PPS at now?

Do the math for me @ $1,000.00 buy.

I think I will keep an eye on HCCF!

noob question: how many shares do you typically bid at a time on such a low-priced stock?

I was meaning if you want to buy 100k shares, do you just put in a bid for that or do you like to put in a bit at a time, all other things excepted.

HEE Corporation reports on Regulation SHO Threshold Security List

HUTCHINSON, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 10, 2005--HEE Corporation (HCCF on OTC Pink Sheets) HEE Corporation announces that HCCF (HEE Common Stock) and HCCFP (HEE Preferred Stock) are shown on the 'Regulation SHO Threshold Security List' clearly demonstrating the attention regulatory agencies are focusing on the 'Naked Trading" of securities. The 'threshold security list' is a list of any equity security of any issuer that is registered under Section 12 of the Exchange Act, or that is required to file reports under Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act (commonly referred to as reporting securities), where, for five consecutive settlement days (1) There are aggregate fails to deliver at a registered clearing agency of 10,000 shares or more per security; (2) The level of fails is equal to at least one-half of one percent of the issuer's total shares outstanding; and (3) The security is included on a list published by a self-regulatory organization (SRO). The list of all corporations on the watch list can be found at http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/aspx/regsho.aspx . Mr. Radley Brooks, CEO of HEE Corporation stated "HEE Corporation is pleased that Regulation SHO is now effective. The added emphasis and focus of regulatory agencies upon this questionable activity should help extinguish Naked Shorting and protect investor values and restore confidence in the value of company shares."

I'm in on this one also. I think the treatment looks promising.

Ok, so my guess is the world wide distribution rights to the HPB-84 tx will weigh into Sparky's prediction.

Always, traded on Nasdaq, Amex, TSX, this is my first and last time ever trading on pink sheets. slow and easy wins the race. This is my last post here. Hope you guys have better luck trading this stock than I had, Do what you wish but always beware. I invest through RBC securities in Canada, All I will say is that there was a warning issued and HCCF was on the list, Sandy Winick involved, Mario Pino involved various others. Do what you want with your money in out @ .0063. Good luck and God speed.
Only my Opinion based on what I know, If you think otherwise, thats your call.

this message from other board. anyone trades through RBC?

Can't remember where but Sparky did mention PDPR. From all DD I can find , I too believe this is a hidden gem. Started last year? they provide prosthetic to children , starting as early as reassuring parents even as the child is in the womb. AS children grow they need refitted every year or as fast as they grow. I am getting in this as soon as I can.

Now, let's not get nasty. I'm sure there is a valid reason why Sparky posted it. From his newsletter it looks like he still plans on posting his reasons...somewhere.

I'm new here but jumping right into the fray.Hello fellow traders.

Was reading about HCCF, saw several posts on this one here. Found HEE Corp. and wondered about the advertising hype. Decided to learn more.
Went to the web site and found this...

HUTCHINSON, Kan., Jan 18, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- HEE Corporation (PINK SHEETS:HCCF) reports the preliminary results two patients are achieving on HEE Corporations HPB-84. Patient #3 has a current Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) reading of 119, down from a high of 161, a 26% decline in FBS. It is also notable that this patient has experienced a cumulative weight loss of 11.8 pounds and a 24% reduction in blood pressure from an average of 134/72 to a current average of 116/74. Patient #W5 has gone from a FBS of 283 to a current reading of 195, a 31% decrease with an 11% decrease in blood pressure. Corresponding improvements are also being shown in other key laboratory markers. Mr. Radley Brooks, CEO of HEE Corporation stated "HEE Corporation is pleased with the progress all of our patients are demonstrating. While the results of some patients are greater or less than these, these results are a representation of the majority of our patients. We are encouraged by these results, and are constantly striving to improve the care and case management of our patients. We definitely know we have a proprietary product that is working to improve the overall health of our diabetic patients. We anticipate obtaining even more significant results in the weeks ahead and are excited by the future potential of HEE Corporation."

OK, sounds like a medical breakthrough of some sort. (HPB-84 ??)
Was curious about neutriceuticals...not familiar with this term so I looked it up.

neutriceuticals, or drinks supplemented with vitamins, such as PepsiCo's (NYSE: PEP) Tropicana orange juice, which is fortified with calcium.

Dug a bit deeper..

Main Entry: nu·tra·ceu·ti·cal
Variant: also nu·tri·ceu·ti·cal /"n(y)ü-tr&-'sü-ti-k&l/
Function: noun
: a foodstuff (as a fortified food or a dietary supplement) that is held to provide health or medical benefits in addition to its basic nutritional value called also functional food.

Huh..big deal, certainly not a medical breakthrough.

Then I discovered the "clinical trial" they hyped about (paid ads on penny web sites) only involves two test subjects, Frank and Ron, and one did not complete the "treatment".

Hmm, I see on the Company web site they are pushing their stock.
http://www.hee-corp.com/press.php

Then I found this..
New name|Old name
HCCF|GOBGF|Hee Corporation Common Stock (Delaware)|Goldberg Report Ltd Ordinary Shares (Canada)|

Outstanding Shares: 72,122,135 as of 2004-10-06

Now I think I see. This company is a sham. It is publicly traded but has two very separate goals listed, an old goal and a new goal after the name change, one is stock oriented and the other health
(diabetes) oriented. Snake Oil will be the next product.

I'll pass on this one thank you.

Buy the company not the stock
[Roll Eyes]

The lazy man and the fool sit and snipe and quip with negativity. It takes work to find the data, do the research, meet the people, and obtain the Information to make this a profitable business. Why don't you take your lazy, pessimistic, negativity elsewhere, and let the professionals and adults converse?
