During President Bush many of you on this board cried foul about the patriot act and all the new powers that Obama has and is growing. Yet, there is silence because it is Obama now, and not Bush.
Everyone here was crying about it over and over about Bush, now look at what is unfolding.

Glass I made one comment and it was true Obama never introduced any new gun laws. Now after this mess he said he will reconsider. And I don't blame him.

as to guns? why do people with AK-47's (real ones) strap bombs on their kids and send them into public?

you won't save lives by banning guns, you'll just change hte way they get taken. you will be violating the constitution AGAIN. at some point that has to stop. change the constitution or live within it's rules. it is NOT "just a peice of paper".
as to "assault weapons" there's alot fo confusion about what they are. In any case, the Founders were revolutionaries adn they intended for our guns to be our defense, and they are. They are not for hunting, that is not mentioned int he Constitution.
there were no battlefeild guns in this as far as they have released information yet peopel are sacreaming about them... it's propaganda...
