Romney has been focusing on spending for years.

how much of his own meony has he actually spent SF?

100 million?

does that mean he beleives in himself more than everybody else? or does it mean that not enough other people beleive in him after all?

Here is a video of Paul Ryan educating President Obama on a health care bill that is 2,000 pages long, nobody read, and was written by lawyers.

(Remarks by President Obama to a Joint Session of Congress, September 9, 2009)

cashcow mmomomoooo. Ryan is talking about the bill that was not passed yet, and was not WRITTEN by Obama, it was written by Congress, and even Paul Ryan HIMSEF!. Go look it up, the HOUSE GOP contributed to wrting the bill thathtey voted against...

in otehr words? you are linking political theatre.

Ryan used this BS session to try to argue a point that was not even voted on yet:

The Affordable Health Care for America Act (or HR 3962)[1] was a bill that was crafted by the United States House of Representatives in November 2009. At the encouragement of the Obama administration, the 111th Congress devoted much of its time to enacting reform of the United States' health care system. Known as the "House bill," it was the House of Representative's chief legislative proposal during the health reform debate, but the Affordable Health Care for America Act as originally drafted never became law.

On December 24, 2009, the Senate passed an alternative health care bill, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (H.R. 3590).[2] In 2010, the House abandoned its reform bill in favor of amending the Senate bill (via the reconciliation process) in the form of the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010.

note that the bill was voted on AFTER this bushlit session.

ryan i snot honest either.

cash, this is why i KNOW you aren't a 1%er. I've toldja like five times since romney bought his nombinashuned that even tho i want to vote aginst EVERYONE currenlty in office every time and especailly this time i cannot vote for Romney cuz he has this identity crisis thing.....

look the top 2% are defined as geniuses and even tho i know that pure memory is not the way a person becomes genius, they still have to have one to exersize their genius. ther eare non geniuses that can memorise anythng.... furthermore many geniuses do not care about money... say 1/2... so unless you inherited beaucoup bux and no memory, you ain't a 1%er cash wise or person wise. i don't mean to be rude but you make me repeat myslef over and over agin with bullcrap.
You act as tho every day is literally a whole brand new life for you...

i will vote for Obama even tho i'd rather not becuase if i don't vote at all? the politicians will then beleive i don;t care, and i do, i just don't like it.

i encourage everyone to vote, even if its a bad choice versus a worse choice, cuz once inawhile, somebody who actaully gives a chit might notice that other people do actaully care and decide to throw their real life away and serve the coutnry...
not me tho,

i am not electable, for anythng except dog catcher - i tend to "rub people the wrong way" on poipose too frequently, just cain't hep muself, it's fun.. [Big Grin]

so cash, the sad truth is that seven eight years agao when the tax cuts were birng enacted i was hollering mad.... all you "conservatives" told me this would work, the economy woul d grow and the revenues woud increase, but i didn'think so- primarily cuz there wasn't enough tax cut left to make a real difference- reagan already dun did the big cuts- we are in big trouble i was saying this afore the TParty got rolloing, but i always KNEW we have to raise taxes midly while cutting spending mildly, but noo, ooo, ooo nobobdy can be bothered to have DISCIPLINE, so even tho i do have discipline?, i have to suffer with the rest... sheeesh.
 -
and Romney is the HIGHEST bidder....

Paul Ryan noodles for catfish! How cool is that. Family guy too.

Ryan drove the Oscar Meyer Wienermobile to sell Lunchables to supermarkets while a college student. He cruised around Minnesota in the car shaped like a hotdog and bun to sell Oscar Meyer meat products,

Ryan is a little obsessed with libertarian guru and novelist Ayn Rand, so much so, in fact, that he requires staffers to read "Atlas Shrugged," according to NPR,

He's a cheesehead. That's right, Paul Ryan is a confessed Green Bay Packers fan.

noodling for catfish is kinda dumb cash. i been wallering in the mudpuddles and stream and rivers of this coutnry sence ah were ah yungun'. mosto fthese >noodling experinces< as shown on TV are staged. the catfish are found by the pros and then they put the rookies on them and the rookies pay a fee.... fact is? the danger is pretty much all gone cuz the pro's have made sure there ain't a 200 pound snapper waiting down there ferya ta stick your hand in it's mouth and pull back a bloody stump.... and that is if they cut it clean in one chomp and don't holdja down to drown

i had about 12 to 15 of the 200 pounders in my pond in VA and i had to use a high power rifle to kill em. i hated to do it. they were very old and i knew that they could be as old as 200 years, and it pained me ta hafta do it, but i had young kids that could be severely injured by them... had to doa shot or ten o'granny's rumitiz medicen after... [Razz] the .22 din't even seem to get their notice, an' ah ain't gonna wound critters unlees'un ah hafter.... really noodling is cool it takes moxy... this TV chit is a yoke.

in the same pond? i had cottonmouths that come after me, and i had to kill them with whatever was handy like a stick or a pdadle or feeashen rod. caught a couple of emtoo.. ansy in acage... mean as well, mean as snakes [Big Grin] ... real nature is not a playground for wimps.

Notice how cash turns into a drooling bafoon with every pick the republicans make. Telling us what a good family man Ryan is and all this other apple pie garbage that he has . Don't forget this is the same man that signed on with norquist and made a pledge to serve him not the American people. He is anti ecology and basicly anti American for the right amount of money to grease his pockets with.

12 Things You Should Know About Vice Presidential Candidate Paul Ryan
By Igor Volsky on Aug 11, 2012 at 8:27 am

Mitt Romney has picked as his running mate 42 year-old Republican Congressman Paul Ryan (R-WI), the architect of the GOP budget, which the New York Times has described as “the most extreme budget plan passed by a house of Congress in modern times.” Below are 12 things you should know about Ryan and his policies:

1. Ryan embraces the extreme philosophy of Ayn Rand. Ryan heaped praise on Ayn Rand, a 20th-century libertarian novelist best known for her philosophy that centered on the idea that selfishness is “virtue.” Rand described altruism as “evil,” condemned Christianity for advocating compassion for the poor, viewed the feminist movement as “phony,” and called Arabs “almost totally primitive savages. Though he publicly rejected “her philosophy” in 2012, Ryan had professed himself a strong devotee. “The reason I got involved in public service, by and large, if I had to credit one thinker, one person, it would be Ayn Rand,” he said at a D.C. gathering honoring the author of “Atlas Shrugged” and “The Fountainhead.” “I give out ‘Atlas Shrugged’ as Christmas presents, and I make all my interns read it. Well… I try to make my interns read it.” Learn more about Ryan’s muse:

2. Ryan wants to raises taxes on the middle class, cut them for millionaires. Paul Ryan’s infamous budget — which Romney embraced — replaces “the current tax structure with two brackets — 25 percent and 10 percent — and cut the top rate from 35 percent.” Federal tax collections would fall “by about $4.5 trillion over the next decade” as a result and to avoid increasing the national debt, the budget proposes massive cuts in social programs and “special-interest loopholes and tax shelters that litter the code.” But 62 percent of the savings would come from programs that benefit the lower- and middle-classes, who would also experience a tax increase. That’s because while Ryan “would extend the Bush tax cuts, which are due to expire at the end of this year, he would not extend President Obama’s tax cuts for those with the lowest incomes, which will expire at the same time.” Households “earning more than $1 million a year, meanwhile, could see a net tax cut of about $300,000 annually.”

Audiences have booed Ryan for the unfair distribution:

3. Ryan wants to end Medicare, replace it with a voucher system. Ryan’s latest budget transforms the existing version of Medicare, in which government provides seniors with a guaranteed benefit, into a “premium support” system. All future retirees would receive a government contribution to purchase insurance from an exchange of private plans or traditional fee-for-service Medicare. But since the premium support voucher does not keep up with increasing health care costs, the Congressional Budget Offices estimates that new beneficiaries could pay up to $1,200 more by 2030 and more than $5,900 more by 2050. A recent study also found that had the plan been implemented in 2009, 24 million beneficiares enrolled in the program would have paid higher premiums to maintain their choice of plan and doctors. Ryan would also raise Medicare’s age of eligibility to 67.

4. Ryan thinks Social Security is a “ponzi scheme.” In September of 2011, Ryan agreed with Rick Perry’s characterization of Social Security as a “Ponzi scheme” and since 2005 has advocated for privatizing the retirement benefit and investing it in stocks and bonds. Conservatives claim that this would “outperform the current formula based on wages earned and overall wage appreciation,” but the economic crisis of 2008 should serve as a wake-up call for policymakers who seek to hinge Americans’ retirement on the stock market. In fact, “a person with a private Social Security account similar to what President George W. Bush proposed in 2005″ would have lost much of their retirement savings.

5. Ryan’s budget would result in 4.1 million lost jobs in 2 years. Ryan’s budget calls for massive reductions in government spending. He has proposed cutting discretionary programs by about $120 billion over the next two years and mandatory programs by $284 billion, which, the Economic Policy Institute estimates, would suck demand out of the economy and “reduce employment by 1.3 million jobs in fiscal 2013 and 2.8 million jobs in fiscal 2014, relative to current budget policies.”

6. Ryan wants to eliminate Pell Grants for more more than 1 million students. Ryan’s budget claims both that rising financial aid is driving college tuition costs upward, and that Pell Grants, which help cover tuition costs for low-income Americans, don’t go to the “truly needy.” So he cuts the Pell Grant program by $200 billion, which could “ultimately knock more than one million students off” the program over the next 10 years.

7. Ryan supports $40 billion in subsides for big oil. In 2011, Ryan joined all House Republicans and 13 Democrats in his vote to keep Big Oil tax loopholes as part of the FY 2011 spending bill. His budget would retain a decade’s worth of oil tax breaks worth $40 billion, while cutting “billions of dollars from investments to develop alternative fuels and clean energy technologies that would serve as substitutes for oil.” For instance, it “calls for a $3 billion cut in energy programs in FY 2013 alone” and would spend only $150 million over five years — or 20 percent of what was invested in 2012 — on energy programs.

8. Ryan has ownership stakes in companies that benefit from oil subsidies . Ryan “and his wife, Janna, own stakes in four family companies that lease land in Texas and Oklahoma to the very energy companies that benefit from the tax subsidies in Ryan’s budget plan,” the Daily Beast reported in June of 2011. “Ryan’s father-in-law, Daniel Little, who runs the companies, told Newsweek and The Daily Beast that the family companies are currently leasing the land for mining and drilling to energy giants such as Chesapeake Energy, Devon, and XTO Energy, a recently acquired subsidiary of ExxonMobil.”

9. Ryan claimed Romneycare has led to “rationing and benefit cuts.” “I’m not a fan of [Romney's health care reform] system,” Ryan told C-SPAN in 2010. He argued that government is rationing care in the state and claimed that people are “seeing the system bursting by the seams, they’re seeing premium increases, rationing and benefit cuts.” He called the system “a fatal conceit” and “unsustainable.”

10. Ryan believes that Romneycare is “not that dissimilar to Obamacare.” Though Romney has gone to great lengths to distinguish his Massachusetts health care law from Obamacare, Ryan doesn’t see the difference. “It’s not that dissimilar to Obamacare, and you probably know I’m not a big fan of Obamacare,” Ryan said at a breakfast meeting sponsored by the American Spectator in March of 2011. “I just don’t think the mandates work … all the regulation they’ve put on it…I think it’s beginning to death spiral. They’re beginning to have to look at rationing decisions.”

11. Ryan accused generals of lying about their support for Obama’s military budget. In March, Ryan couldn’t believe that Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey supports Obama’s Pentagon budget, which incorporates $487 billion in cuts over 10 years. “We don’t think the generals are giving us their true advice,” Ryan said at a policy summit hosted by the National Journal. “We don’t think the generals believe that their budget is really the right budget.” He later apologized for the implication.

12. Ryan co-sponsored a “personhood” amendment, an extreme anti-abortion measure. Ryan joined 62 other Republicans in co-sponsoring the Sanctity of Human Life Act, which declares that a fertilized egg “shall have all the legal and constitutional attributes and privileges of personhood.” This would outlaw abortion, some forms of contraception and invitro fertilization.

Ayn Rand is isnteresting chit. readh her in HS and then again recently since the TParty began acting like she knew WTF she was talking baout.

when i read her the first time? i took it as semi-scifi... it's parallell universes tuff...

fact is? she was cluelss. mitilary esperince woulda straightened her up in no time flat.... she was not just a "free spirit" she was desert island of her own making.

i particuarly enjoy watching the Gary Cooper production of The Fountainhead. it's nice fiction. It covers the same crap that Michelangelo had to deal with when he did the cistine Chapel for the Pope instead of marble carving- same chit i deal with when somebody wants to "commisiion" a work from me... i am an Artist,

A laborer works with his hands, a craftsman works withis hands and his mind, and ana Artist works with his hands, his mind and his heart.

the chit i deal with is that people want things from us that we don't really have to give them. so we artists make deal with the devil himslef to survive. we cheat our hearts to please the customer. Art don't work that way. it is what it is , and in the Fountainhead the guy goes and dynamites the buildings he originally designed, but were changed behind his back during production/building..

now tell me, does this sound sane to you, OK? nope it's the same thing as the coloradokid with the orange hiar coming out of Ayn Rand...

simple.

do not buy the orange hair dye

do not buy the orange hair dye

do not buy the orange hair dye

do not buy the orange hair dye

you would not beleive the crap we are goinghtru trying to buy new place right now. it's got rental property and a 5 acre pond on it an the screwup bankers talk like a second house that is already collecting rent (like 1/3 the paymetn) is bad... we have almost perfect credit rating 790 soemetyhng, a good down payment and we can mkae both payments, the house we have now and this new one (actually 2) and still only be at 1/4 of our gross income without counting th erent (whihc is established for over 5 years.). yet they give us a hard time an want like 4.5 % instead of 3.9%.. crooks... all of 'em are crooks..
FHA won't even do houses here cuz the maerkt is so bad.. the bankers have it locke dup.

Crazy man...sorry to hear that. They have gone from one extreme to the other with lending.
I have a little detached 500 sq ft studio that I rent to an old friend. Works out great for all.
Plus more security.

i'll get it worked out, it's just how wierd they have gotten.

you're right, they got stupid easy and now they are being stupid tight....

funny hting? i can get conventioanl on this and then in five years i can use my VA or go FHA refi.
FHA and VA refi is suppoedly easy and possible here, heck they've been buggin' us to refie the house we are in now cuz we actually have equity, but we've knew we'd be buying another place so we've been waiting to buy the other place first...

i am thinking i don't want to pay to refi both places within 5 years so i'm not sure how to go on that yet... refi ain't cheap...

i expected to get a 30 year FHA with 10% donwn noproblem adn FHA isn't fiancing anything inour area now. unless it is brand-new built. ..

USDA has some money but i ain't getting into tha...mess.. too much red tape,

none of this stuff makes sense anymore...

this si the kinda stuff i expected Obama to fix. he didn't and he won't cuz he can't standup tot eh bankers. romeny? he IS the bank it reaal yi leser of two evils for me...

and i wish i could vote for third party cuz i won't miss th echance to vote. that's when they completely ignore you..

heck id vote for cashcow moo as long ash hasn't got a snowblass chance..just so they'd see the vote against both..

Many years ago that was my dream job. Every year for 5 or 6 years straight I applied for one of the twelve positions but was never selected. It only pays about 30k for the one year stint but virtually all of your day to day expenses are paid by Oscar Meyer. Food, clothing, hotels, cell phone, everything.

To me it was just unbelievable that I could actually be paid to do something that I'd willingly pay out of my own pocket to do, drive around in a big freakin hot dog for a year. It's an amazing gig and one little known fact about wiener guys is that they see more nightly hotel room action than a rock star does.

I'm not sure why a mobile hot dog is such a chick magnet but it is. My theory used to be that it's a huge 27 foot long phallic symbol, just a monster of a thing, so by extension the wiener groupies viewed the driver in a similar light. Hmm, if that theory is correct it's probably a good thing I never got the job. I'd have been responsible for ruining a whole bunch of frankfurter fantasies across the nation.

They should make one for their cocktail wieners, maybe on a Mini Cooper frame or something. I'd have a better chance of satisfying those groupies.
