forgive me but i am going to play the devil'a advoctate for a moment......
If a child that has been given over to an orphanage, is later fully and legally adopted by a male, gay, couple.......
could that child become a corporate person?
I know that I am splitting hairs; but, if the definition stands.....and the law is that "said" person must be the aggregate????
Once the government recognizes Gay marriages, and affords them the rights of adoption.....it can not be said that the child of a gay couple is the aggregate of natural persons.....the originals forfeited all responsibility and the new parents lack the ability......kind of like having to show someone proof of birth...you wanna tell them; "dont you see me standing here."
Yeah, it is getting out there; but ......that is where the majority of precendents take place.
