Yes weed would be a very positive financial affect on the ca. budget. and if the nation legalized it wow would we the country make money on it plus all the money we would save in enforcement.
Hard to justify keeping it illegal when you have alcohal legal and it causes more harm than all the other durgs combind.

We DO need to get back to letting states take care of their own matters. The fed wants to stick their nose in everything and they dont have the resources to do it. The federal government should spend more time on global matters.

at least 20 states will ban it the next day if the Feds got out of the decision making process...
it was primarily civil rights issues that got the Feds involved in most States issue to begin with...
education funding? sheesh... there's counties all over the south that can't afford one school house, much less the minimum three for elem, jr and high school.
that's about the only reason the south has risen as much as it has... the Feds pouring education money into it.

I'm not 100% sure... But if I had to guess, I'd say all the Politicians making the laws are breaking them every 4:20 they get. The way these baby boomers are ruining, sorry, I mean running this Country and all, they got to be high.
