Seems to me I recall you being thrilled we borrowed money from them to illegally invade Iraq.

Ever hear of consistency an honesty? Mix them together and you get non-hypocracy.

this is what the chinese have to say about our stimulus package. we're down to the very last marketing slogan, at the bottom of the barrel, when it comes to encouraging foreign govts (read China) to finance our deficit ways.

http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/ba857be6-f88f-11dd-aae8-000077b07658.html [www.ft.com] »

Luo Ping, a director-general at the China Banking Regulatory Commission, said after a speech in New York on Wednesday that China would continue to buy Treasuries in spite of its misgivings about US finances.

“Except for US Treasuries, what can you hold?” he asked. “Gold? You don’t hold Japanese government bonds or UK bonds. US Treasuries are the safe haven. For everyone, including China, it is the only option.”

Mr Luo, whose English tends toward the colloquial, added: “We hate you guys. Once you start issuing $1 trillion-$2 trillion [$1,000bn-$2,000bn] . . .we know the dollar is going to depreciate, so we hate you guys but there is nothing much we can do.”

The hell you don't agree with that war. Only last week you were talking at length telling us that you were "experienced in the Iraq war" and fully agreed with the invasion and the tactics, including the surge, and supported the funding of it withg funds from China and Arab countries.

I am talking about now. I am saying you are a damned hypocrite to find distasteful the borrowing of money from the Chinese and the Arabs only now. You sure thought it was a good idea when it was done by republicans in order to violate international law, even as late as a week ago!

What is a fact is you pull non-facts out of your rear to complain about anything that isn't republican and then more non-facts from the same smelly place to support your worship of all things republican.

there you go talking like you think you know something. I never said ANYTHING about what you just said. Just because I was there doesnt mean I agreed with it. All you do is twist peoples words to fit your argument. Get over it. What I was saying was you are still stuck on Bush for everything, and when I called you out on it all you could do is the whole "but but you said you said and you did"

Read my posts about Iraq bdgee and you can see I spoke against it due MANY factors such as the government BLOCKING my units class action plan to go after KBR for giving us tainted water to bathe in that should have been treated when we were in Ramadi my first tour. I have always said it was a corporate war.

Iraq has nothing to do with this stimulus so stop trying to make it be.

Personally, I think that Bush did good on the war. Of course, he made some mistakes as happens in all wars, but the bottom line is WE WON! The Iraqis are enjoying a new democracy; the country is safer; the terrorists have been largely defeated; and we demonstrated to the terrorists that they can't attack us and expect a free pass. Money well spent!

The devil; you didn't!

You said you supported the invasion of Iraq and the surge and the plans from the Pentagon for Iraq, before, when and after you were there and, then, when it was suggested that it was paid for with money borrowed from China, you said that was necessary. because the Iraq war was too important to not wage.

The only com, plaints you have made about Iraq are personal things, you have enthusiastically supported that war and the way it was funded.\

Iraq was funded via money primarily from China. You claim that is what is wrong with the stimulus bill. That's called hypocrisy.....make it HYPOCICY, in bold capital letters.

THAT HAS TO DO WITH THIS BILL!!!

Why can't you admit facts. What you don't like is that it isn't a republican effort and if it was a republican effort, you would eagerly fetch lies from you rear to support it.

Iraq was a republican mess and will be forever. It will never be made right because it was all based on lies and schemes to swindle the people out of money for high class republicans. You and your's shamed us and turned the world against us and we will not forget.

Oh put a sock in it already you are just getting out of control now bdgee as usual. You have no logic except things you make believe and then think they are facts. Your personal version of a scientific method on politics is such a bag of hot air you could sail the world with it in a balloon.

Are you going to go around being an old grump about Iraq the rest of your life when there are more important issues on the table? Hell, I was there and I am over it already. Shouldnt have happened now that we look back at it, but what can you do? You think sticking your finger in everyones face will make it better?

Face it, cow, you are a puppet of radical Party directives and will toot any horn they tell you to, even louder when you have no idea what the slogan they want you to push is all about. You act like republicanism is a religion..

wrong again budgee, i've read every post here and you are confusing PM with CCM.

CCM has stated many time right here his disagreements about he war in specific terms.

Quote CashCowMoo:

I sure hope that is the case in your instance CashCowMoo.

Unfortunately so many Veterans think that is the case and it comes back to bite them later in life, when they least likely expect it.

That's why when these politicians finally get us out of these nightmares, they figure they can cut back the benefits, it's over and done, no harm, no foul.

The war is over to the politicians and many other indivuals, but that is not necessarily the case with these soldiers.

The one's on the streets, drugs etc.etc.etc.

yes bdgee, there is big differnece between PM and CCM.

PM offers his own world view as some sort of ultimate reality when in fact it's just a myth. he's obviously quite bit older and more senile than CCM.

CCM on the other hand primarily pulls straight off Fox for us to gnaw on. CCM is entitled to his own views without being called a moron. attacking ideals isn't attacking the person, and that what politics today has devolved into.

the CHANGE we all need is to depersonalize the idealistic attacks and get down to what works and what doesn't.

PM? well, i find it hard to beleive anybody really owns all the views he has, i think he's mostly just baiting you.

debate and discussion disintegrate when BOTH sides fail to use self discipline and act like kindergartners.

And would be granted that without comment if he could or would refrain from demanding an assumed right to assert bs about anyone that voices an opinion differing from his. He is a jerk and earned the right to be so called by announcing that when someone doesn't buy into his demand to force far right-wing christian extremes and practices on others by forcing them to take part in his religious beliefs that he has a right to call them murderers and godless sinful atheist and calling people socialist (with variousl disrespectful and intentionally insulting adjectives attached) because they don't worship the republican freemarket extremes and callinfg them murderers because they don't worship and preach anti-abortion rhetoric or calling them communist because they have refused to say the U. S. must invade Iran or even, God forbid, suggested that offering to converse with Iran might be helpful and on and on and on...

You go tell him to stop the insults and name calling and explain to him that I have the right to not have to accept his twisted and out of place religiouus bigotry, name calling, insults, and character attacks and if he can't take it in the same way he dishes it out, remember, he started it and he continues it. I can go for days without even posting only to look in and find a string of his insulting and arrogant postings time after time with false assumptions, accusations, and character assignations. AND TELL HIM PUBLICALLY, TOO!

If he can't learn to respect the right of others to have opinions different from his, and post without the attacks, then maybe his problem is youth, as you suggest, but in the form of way over delayed immaturity.

I too am entitles to my own opinions, even those that refuse to accept his, without being subjected to the plethora of intentionally degrading and insulting vituperations cow broadcasts.

Yes, "PM offers his own world view as some sort of ultimate reality when in fact it's just a myth." And so does cow, but declaring the myth to be religion and claiming that grants him aright to be crude and rude in the process. PM does it with arrogant self centered meanness and hate of lower all classes....cow does it with openly deceitful disrespect and hatred for the individual. Yet, I still must suspect they are two personality aspects of one singular and selfish mind.
