i predict Obama will have to create a 30's style new deal... UNLESS the banks suddnely decide to sart lending to each other in the next month? we will begin losing jobs like crazy. that would force whoever gets elected to create jobs repairing bridges building wind-farms etc...there will be absolutely no choice. reparations is only boogie man talk...

Obama is right about something...he said today in a speech that he couldnt screw up things any worse than the bush administration has the past 8 years.
I guess you never will have a perfect candidate. So many things I dont like about Obama but he sure is better than McCain.

the "thing" that makes me mad is that McPain would have been better then Bush in '00, but the GOP smear machine worked him over harder than anybody else...
there isn't much to dislike Obama about on issues because he's been very careful to be as neutral about everything as he possibly can...
that may or may not be a good thing.. we won't know till he actually begins doing stuff..

Praise Obama I HAVE been healed...bdgee, you have shown me the light to REAL change. If you cant see through this angle then you will always follow someone and something. We got two shady characters running for president. The only reason there is mass momentum behind Obama is the anti bush movement. For good reason of course....so anyone out there who speaks against bush is going to win the war cries of many. McCain...you just cant win being so closely linked to bush these days.
