i'm starting my 2nd year of uni studying international business and mangement in the UK. my focus in the 3rd and final year will be towards finance management.
in my 3rd year i have to go out and spend a year in industry.
i am wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to get a internship in a ibank.
i will apply online but i dont know how well my chances will be.

You apply just like you do any job. You do a interview etc. Just read up on articles on how to do a interview successfully. And after the interview send the person who interviewed you a letter thanking them for the opportunity of getting interviewed etc.. etc.
