Well, Friday was one crazy day!! My wife had our baby boy on Friday, but he was only 33wks old!! His name is Gabriel and he weighed 5 lbs. He's 7 wks pre-mature so he'll be in the NICU for the next few wks, but has been doing very well. I know many of you probably don't care, but I'm one proud DADDY!! LOL

I'm sure that you and your wife are very proud and worried all at the same time...ALL will be just fine...amazing what all they have accomplished in helping these premature gifts... AGAIN congrats...you and your wife get that much needed rest while Gabriel grows stronger...you'll need it when he comes home and takes control of the household!!!

Thank you all very much. Friday was extemely stressful, but he has been making great progress. Kinda sucks not being able to bring him home with us(I did get to hold him for the first time today!!), but I'm more concerned with his health. We are very fortunate to have family surrounding us, and having so many praying for our family. Thanks again.

Congrats Cass...I have 4 daughters, and my youngest was born at 3 1/2 lbs. We weren't able to bring her home for almost two months but, she is 14 now and has turned out to be a strong, healthy young lady. Modern medicine is amazing nowadays...Our prayers are with you and yours!

Congratulations Cassity! Enjoy. Time really flys. One day you are teaching him to ride a bike, the next drive a car. It goes fast. My wife and I have two boys. My first one finishes college this year, the second is in his first year. The first bundle of joy is now 6'2, the second is 6'4" and weighs in at 325. (Football player) They are now both bigger then me, and both think they are smarter then me. LOL!
