I got this idea. Start a corporation and sell stock to raise the initial capital. Hold the price of each share fixed until a predetermined amount of capital is raised and then stop selling anymore stock. Fill each order with more shares rather than letting the price increase with buy orders.
Continue selling stock until the company turns a positive cashflow. At that point, stop selling any more stock and allow the price of the stock to float with the market. Take 5% of the gross revenue each month and buyback stock.
In this way, as each stockholder buys more stock, they would have a larger percentage of the total stock until the company reaches positive cashflow. And thereafter the stockholder would hold stock that is getting more scarce each month.
