You continue to make references to the Chinese and our debt to them.
Yeah, they have a large amount of our debt but they will never "own" the United States as you seem to think is inevitable.
One basic reason stands out above all others. It is not in their best interest to do so. They would gain nothing but world-wide responsibility by such an action which is something they wouldn't want as a closed circuit communist regime.
Their purchase is an investment. Smart or not has yet to be seen but it is not a hostile takeover. That makes no sense when looking at the possible outcomes of such a plot.

I'm happy that our monarchy isn't linked to politics, a third in my country voted extreme-right Im embarassed to say. I feel deep shame...
Most people here (including me) know that not all Americans back Bush, and I think the approval ratings say enough I actually love reading up on democratic activist websites, it's a kind of activism I never see here, kinda makes me want to be part of it sometimes LOL
