So why didn't they call for a criminal investigation a year ago? Because they thought it was ok to keep it secret if it was a republican, no doubt.
And I'd bet there was a "considered" conclusion that they could keep it hidden 'til after the election next month, when dubya's bubba could be in charge and fix things.
These guys are not only slimier than pond scum, they are the backbone of a culture of sickness prevading the Government.
Gay marriage is a sin, they declare far and wide and as loud as they can, but, with that knowing smirk they display so often, under their breath to one-another, so the public can't hear, they whisper, "queer republicans raping kids is ok if we keep it secret."
Yeah, and there is a practical side too: sex between members of the same sex is safe sex.......no one gets pregnant, no birth control needed to appease the Catholics, and no abortions resulting to appease the evangelicals.

I'd say that more "weed heads" that I have known (and that is thousands) are republicans that democrats....even more are neither.
Here is the actual policy of NORML and it sure doesn't look like something that belongs to only on party.

I find it ironic that you bdgee hurl insults towards anyone who dares to disagree with your irrational statements. I find it ironic that one of your favorite insults is to call people party line hacks when infact you are clear cut party line liberal democrat. bdgee's only contribution to society these days is to help keep the country divided and drive any independants (or swingers) over to the right. ONE BY ONE. I would never say the Dems are with out there perverts. And I am the type that would like to say our leaders are held up to a higher standard than the rest of us.
But I really can't say that anymore or I cannot hold my head up and say this is America were don't elect Child molestors to office.

Just a few minutes age, an NBC report said that the House leadership knew of "problems" with Foley's sexual deviations and interest in underage pages at least FIVE YEARS ago, not just a year ago.
It went on to say that rather than report it to the bipartisan House committee that is supposed to get and deal with such information, the republicans decided to handle it as a secret Party matter.
