(NDOL thread - Hot Stocks)
Purl Gurl June 17, 2006 20:53
Readers, least those who take time to read a variety of articles, through this thread and articles elsewhere, are able to witness, first hand, the tactics pump and dump criminals will use to effect a fraud scam.
These people, which includes companies, will use a primary tactic of silencing those who raise questions, who raise issues, who provide data, facts and truth.
A pump and dump scam is only as successful as the criminals' ability to silence critics.
You, the reader, are now aware these criminals rely on tactics of intimidation and fear both effected through insults, lies, threats and censorship through an orchestrated effort by a numbered group.
Should you become fearful of those people, those criminals win. Yes, you can remain silent, not become involved, remain apathetic, but you still lose.
Why you lose is, by not taking action, you are enabling and assisting criminals. Their success truly becomes your fault.
Success by these criminals defrauds hundreds of thousands of people of literally billions of dollars each year. With each success, they become more powerful. Those defrauded of their money, most often, leave the markets. This is honest money being removed from the table. This is money which drives the markets into good health.
Financial criminals are removing billions of dollars from our American economy and using some of that unlawfully gotten money to effect new financial crimes.
Long term effect is there is now a vast, very vast underground criminal organization, a loosely fitted organization, perpetrating financial crimes upon all Americans and the world.
These crooks are draining the life blood out of our markets and, in turn, inflicting serious harm upon American families through financial losses which are rarely direct. This indirect effect is stealing capital investment money which would normally drive our markets, normally fuel a growing economy, normally provide money for young companies to progress.
Financial crime lessens our ability to create new jobs, to create new products, to create new medicines, on and on. All families suffer at the hands of these criminals whether or not they participate in stock trading.
My presumption is you will sit there in apathy and claim, "This does not affect me." You are only lying to yourself. You have already been victimized by these criminals and will continue to be victimized by these criminals.
Yeah, tell me you are concerned patriotic Americans who stand for what is good and right.
Mule manure, you just want to get rich quick.
There is a way to get rich quick. This way is to join with those criminals. Should not bother you in least you are victimizing families.
Sure enough, I can brag I stand up and fight for what is good and right. I stand up and fight for families, and fight for America. I am out here on the front lines with others who believe like me. We are catching bullets, for you.
You are sitting on your couch in front of your television working on an even fatter ass.
While you work on your fat ass, I am working on becoming both famous and infamous. I am a deep part of world history and my moniker will carry down through the ages.
Your coffin bearers will have a hard time carrying your fat ass, and your children will have a hard time paying for your big coffin because criminals, took yours and their money.

You sit there on your fat ass and claim I am full of mule manure.
Enron.
Did Enron devastate tens of thousands of families?
Did Enron cause financial harm to millions of families?
Did Enron directly and indirectly cause rolling blackouts in California?
Did Enron contribute to sky rocketing energy costs?
You go right ahead and claim I a full of mule manure. You just keep sitting there on your fat ass while criminals steal a share from your savings account, from your retirement pension, from your IRA account, just like they are stealing a small share from hundreds of millions of others.
Yep, just keep sitting there on your fat ass. Others are out here taking risks, being harmed, for you.
Nothing for you about which to be concerned.

You people really annoy me. You are such losers. You are more of a problem than are these criminals.
All the effort which is required to combat financial crime is your simply taking five minutes to write a few words about some concerns you have.
Only takes about five minutes to post an article here, or elsewhere. You know something is not right. Nonetheless, you will not even spend five minutes to warn readers, to share your opinions.
That really annoys me. You know something is really wrong but you will not take five to share this with others.
Why? Because you are scared to death of those low life criminals but, more over, because you are a lazy fat ass.

Fighting back against these financial criminals is so very easy.
You, the reader, as you read articles, here or elsewhere, and you spot something, get that gut feeling "something ain't right" all you have to do is sit up straight, slide your keyboard up close, place your fingers on those keys, then type,
"Something ain't right."
Post it. That is all you need to do.
You do not have to respond to those criminals who will instantly begin to insult you, begin to threaten you. Ignore them.
You do not have to respond to those who ask why something ain't right.
You are not obligated to do anything.
Have that gut feeling something ain't right. Take five minutes and post,
"Something ain't right."
This will warn all honest readers and drive the criminals nuts. This will prompt the criminals to go on a rampage and show their true colors. Criminals, through their actions and words, will prove you right, something ain't right.
Try this. So very easy, so very effective.
That is all you need to do.
If you will join others and me in simply writing "something ain't right" and encourage your friends to do the same, this could turn into a major grassroots movement fighting back against criminals.

Where have I heard this before...
There's even a name for it...
What was that again...
Oh yeah!

I AM INSULTED! You know, I am a newB....I might not know much...but I do know you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar.
I agree with you. I have been on this board for only a month, and I have posted every article, news clip, story I can find ESPECIALLY the ones that 'don't add up'. the CSJJ 150:1 S/S. Gulf Petroleum forming Omega Energy. to name a few....
(These 2 examples might be 'small time' or 'old news' to you, but not to me)
you are not the only one out there fighting the fight. but believe it or not, some of us stand up for what we believe in, and are still able to be kind, considerate, and decent towards others.
So.... I am with you on 'telling it like it is... but please, don't assume I am a Fat Ass because I',m trying to build a better future for my family, and because 'exposing financial criminals' isn't the only thing I'm doing here.

there are sooo many sheep, who blindly follow their sainted leader, and refuse to listen to the instigator who is being negative about their love child....

So let it be written So let it be done

Egg, keep posting and help answer others questions and you will be.
One thing to learn though...you can't shape personality. Just causes arguements. And though some are quite entertaining to watch they are nearly all pointless. Let others answer as they see fit and as long as you agree with the point made be happy you have found a like mind.
Did you make out ok with AMSN? I know you were in for a bit but don't know if you got out alright. I'm about halfway out...waiting for the rest of my GTC to be filled. If you haven't yet it should be ok...it should bounce within the zone it is in for a little bit yet.
Have fun with it folks...and remember that we aren't selling used cars here! No need to embelish. Just tell it like it is.
Seems to me a lot of people are afraid to be proved wrong, that their pick isn't a good one. That's plain hogwash. I'd much rather be told I have a bad pick and move on rather than sit for a month trying to convince other people that if the preverbial "WE" stands together anything can be accomplished.
Talk about exhausting! I much prefer to let my stock make money for me rather than the other way around.

Absolutely! No need for me to write you boys are exempt from my rants. This is a known given.
We form a small core group of participants who invest effort into educating readers.
What I would like is for the silent majority, the lurkers, to become active, to join with our efforts to form a much larger group who work at keeping the playing field level.
We are outnumbered ten-thousand to one by financial criminals. We need to organize and develop more strength, in numbers.
All, literally all will benefit by our exposing criminals, by our warning readers about scams.

My feelings exactly. I am known for picking some real losers, major dogs. A lot of this is I am simply duped, simply fooled by pump and dump tactics. Some of those criminals are really sharp and can pull the wool over your eyes.
I want to be told when I am wrong. None of us of want to lose or miss out on making money.
Like you, I sincerely want to know when I am wrong.
"...you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar."
Honey costs a thousand percent more than vinegar.
Vinegar is cheap and memorable. Take a shot of vinegar you quickly learn to never do that again, and never forget.
"...and are still able to be kind, considerate, and decent towards others."
I don't do diapers. This is a cut-throat business. Either you are tough, or in need of KY Jelly.
"...don't assume I am a Fat Ass...."
Two-thirds of Americans are fat ass people. Darn safe bet almost anyone you encounter on the internet is a fat ass. Ask Jay Leno!
Reminds me of Dr. Laura. I am listening to her a few days back, prompting my fat ass comments.
A mother calls in and is cry-babying about her father, her girl's grandfather, insulting her daughter with comments about her, the young girl, being fat.
This mother goes on to suggest her father is mentally ill, on medication, rude, insulting and all that. Oh boo hoo, big crocodile tears.
Dr. Laura has to fight to get the truth out of this mother. Finally the mother cites an example of what the grandfather said to the young girl.
Young girl keeps asking, "When is lunch?"
Grandfather says, "Is eating all you can think about?"
Dr. Laura really lays into the woman.
(paraphrased)
"What is wrong with you? Your girl is fat. You are complaining because her grandfather is trying to stop her from eating so much? Her grandfather is a good man trying to keep your girl healthy. You need to admit your girl is fat and admit this is your fault."

Reminds of another story which does not involve two French lesbians. OUUU LA WEEE! What a fun night that turned out to be!
Sometime in the middle nineteen-sixties, electricity is finally strung into our region. Right off, an uncle shows up with a five-hundred pound television the size of a washing machine with a six inch screen. Rabbit ears on top, though, did not weigh much.
Suppose this is right around 1966 or so, just before my husband is shipped off to Vietnam. I am six or seven but already know he will be my husband, "I'm gonna marry that boy."
Saturday night "wrasslin" is a big hit. You know the routine on televised wrestling events, but this is decades before the Hulk.
We finally enjoy a small sofa in our front room but we keep all the straight backed chairs.
Grandma would not sit on our sofa, she would mount our sofa to watch wrasslin. Boy oh boy, would she become mad. She would jump around, wave her arms, sit on the back of our sofa hollering out, "That boy is cheatin! They should throw him out!" She truly believes wrasslin contests on television are real.
"You see him? You see him! That man tried to strangle him with those ropes! He otta be put in jail for that!"
Then Grandpa would start in, get to rocking his chair around, standing up, sitting down, pointing and becoming red faced, "That boy should be horse whipped for cheatin!"
My cousins and uncles would pass around a mason jar of white lightning while Grandpa and Grandma were busy shouting and waving their arms around.
Sometimes I could sneak a sip while passing the jar behind my grandparent's backs. That is payoff for keeping my mouth shut, which you know is real hard for me to do.
Billyray did not drink much, mostly kissed the jar to be friendly. I did more than kissing, though. Jumped on Billyray a whole bunch of times, trying to get him to wrassle with me. Boy Howdy, I was all over that boy! He always pushed me off then sat me down, "Girl, you are a bit too young to be wrasslin." Not according to my likes, nope.
Took me ten years to latch onto to him. Finally wrassled him down and pinned him! Spent ten years chasing after that boy!
Today we do not watch wrasslin but I still jump on him for a good wrasslin match.
That boy don't cheat.
Cannot wait for the Brooklyn Dodgers game! Jackie Robinson and Sandy Koufax are the best!
But it *shore* does feel good to have "our board" back...with Glassy away so much, there for awhile I really did feel like "one Ranger, one riot." Especially with Dusty, you and Wiley could not have showed up at a better time...
