Actually you are leaving one person out in this process. When a company is diluting the TA usually isn't the person that deals with the MM's. The company normally hires a clearing service to do this and the TA issues the shares to the clearing service who sells them for the company. Now that clearing service usually has a MM to handle sells for them. If the dilution is large they will get several MM's involved. But the Clearing service acts as the seller and the MM handles distribution of the shares. The clearing service gets a cut from the company and the MM's usually gets a kickback from the Clearing service Usually the kick back is the clearing service will sell to the MM under bid so their spread is actually higher then it is showing on the charts. The MM never loses money this way since they don't actually hold the shares, the clearing service does. CCLS is one of the largest clearing services out of California. Not to say the Clearing house is always used on small dilutions but for large ones it is a must. Of course a lot of dilution is made by small company by giving shares to other companies as financing or just to pay the bills with shares. And now they are the sellers of the newly issued shares.

I'm a self made millionaire. No man, message board helped me. Unlike you I can post transactions to prove my statement. You have to use your head and notice the weakness or the strenth of the market.
Notice how many plays close huge next day close in the red 20%+ people are dumping it. You need to think about selling as soon as you are in. You investors never learn. If given the chance I can show you a thing or to. But I guess your ego won't move out the way. Carry on.. Ia concerned on my gappers and CEAT.

Thank you sir. I was waiting for your post. He had no idea what he was talking about. The company dump the shares into the market. It's a much more larger process. Thank you for clearing that up RIC. You sure know your stocks and was one of the people who warned investors on QBID and CMKX. When will these people who think they know everything will then notice they know nothing..

Just who do you think you are talking to little boy?
You should have not wandered away from momo's protective shadow.
You are the very person you are warning people about. A scam.
You are no millionaire... smart money is betting your mommy doesn't even know you are out of bed right now.

here's the thang about the thang; sometimes he jumps up and blurts out the truth:

kind of a tourrette's-like reaction, I suppose...anyway, ya--that's right, we can't count on the reg agencies to do anything, so we watch each others' backs...

So anyway when companies dilute who is buying on the BID? Not us.. Only because they are pink sheets and they can not be bidded on by the public. So for a stock to fall from .006 to subpenny and trade millions of dollars those are sells. MM's have to pay to keep that load for the public to buy..
Those shares arent free. Those shares are sold into the market. SCHB is down over 1.3b dollars on QBID alone.. True story.. They are the ones that keep buying when it goes down. Think about the logic my friend.

IF you are down BIG My only sincere advice is to put it ALL into MOTG. Rumor is they are going to Merge with HRVE that only has a market cap of 2.6 million and falling. HRVE has been issued a minumum bid notice by the nasdaq. I really think this is the next big thing good luck everyone

D, Rickpic posted that he ran his business in the ground, lost his wife, lost his home...

what--he should rob banks in order to keep trading?

. . . even though he's acknowledging that using his account was more like an addiction than an economic pursuit?

If your intent is to encourage newbs, perhaps it might be more appropriate to encourage good strategy and technique. For one, if losses are mounting? Stop. Re-evaluate . . . before all your capital is gone...

I'm becoming impressed with some new folks on the Hot Stocks thread..

The ones who are digging up the Nasdaqers now..

Hopefully I had a little sumpin to do with opening their eyes! Things like that are worth far more than money sometimes..

I won't mention their names, but it looks like much of my work is done...These up and comers are to be watched in the future....

We as a group, just need to try and keep them on course...

It would be a shame to see them fall into the PINK TRAP!
