I don't know about where you live but..........
This is what you get in Jersey 20 minutes from me for 129,000.00 INSANE!!!!!!!!!! on an 80x100 lot!

You can't live in it! So.....here ya' go.... a tiny lot for a lotta' bucks.

AND TAXES.......fu get it! 7200.00 A YEAR! For a 3bed/2bath.

The house I grew up in (my parents bought for 9,000) is selling for 380,000.00! WOW!

What's it like where you live?

Thats crazy all right. The land is worth way more than the house (if you call that a house).

The California invasion up here in Washington state has done the same thing. It's nice, you buy up property 30 years ago and now it's worth 20 times (at least) what you paid for it. Plus it's good to know the right people, my folks have absolutely bent some folks over on properties. Just adding to my inheritance.

Starting to see the same thing in Virginia. In Richmond 1,500 square foot townhouses are selling for $225,000+ in the "decent" part of town.

All of you live in the wrong par of the country , Heres what you get for $30,000 in Central Il ,3 bedroom 2 bath room home .1200 sq feet .

Pt St Lucie Florida - 4 /2 1600 Sq feet - Tiny lot for $439,000

I pay $850 month for a 1 bedroom loft apartment in WPB [Eek!]
