Lucy...Your caustic sense of humor is really growing on me...Had a girl friend once, who was also a intellectual dynamo...When She sang she had a beautiful natural soprano voice...Brains wise, she could kick my ass in a heart beat.....But when she needed to be held ,,I held her tight,,and we became one.....And she loved me......

Glassman, the sea lions are reeking havoc on the spring chinook salmon run on the columbia river and tributaries...Some 50lb+ salmon cought...They are up river brites, sea lice still on them, that means they are just a few days from the ocean...Did'nt fish, to busy with buisness in Portland..

you near the klamath? i worked on a film that had a chapter on that whole deal..(not the chapter i was editing so i don't know the story too well).. yesterday i heard a piece on the radio about it.. natives describing the river full of dead fish..made me cry..

Lucy, I can imagine how bad you stirred up the hornet's...I hope you got those stingers out...But remember there is solace in the fact that hornets die after they attack you !!!

Glassman, surprisingly the Great white sharks off the Oregon coast are whats needed,,along with the killer whales..[ ORCA'S ] The Great whites are the true sea monsters around here.

Lucy, a simple lean to structure,, a warm sleeping bag ,[ just right for two ].....A bald eagle flying down a river valley,,[ I know of ] amongst the giant old growth red woods....I can't leave out the crystal clear crashing waters full of steelhead and salmon sunset just begining to carress the night....Now will you come back to me, and forget glassman..
