House majority leader Tom Delay has orderd Terri and Michael Schiavo to appear Monday before the House. This means that Terri can not be harmed prior to that meeting - the stomach tube should be replaced. The court has thus far rightfuly ignored this political ploy.
Tom Delay's own father was in an accident, and needed kidney dialysis and other aids to stay alive, and Tom Delay and Family said to kill him per their report of the father's wishes.
Tom Delay will try to save a vegetable for political points, but not his own father.
As Glassman would say, "hmmmm......".
Glassman's predictions that the Republican grandstanding on this will backlash and end up hurting more than helping them politically may well come true.
Nuts think emotionally. Realistic thought is not biased by emotion.
The right to lifers are thinking emotionally on this one.

They are anti-killing in their anti-war positions, playing to the peace and universal-love nuts.
They are pro-killing in the abortion issue, playing to mothers who don't want unborn babies.
I am pro-killing in terms of enemies and other parasites of the state, as this killing helps the nation - promotes the greatest good for greatest number in our country.
I am for abortion, killing unborn babies, for the same reason - promotes the greatest good for the whole nation.
Any woman who wants an abortion will more likely produce a parasitic baby that will later take more of the nation's resources than is given.
This is because the baby of a mother wishing to abort it will more likely be reared in socio-psychologically and economically deprived circumstances - the mother didn't want the baby or couldn't afford to keep the baby and this prompted the abortion decision. We have too many babies like this who have grown up to be criminals, welfare recipients, substance abusers, and/or run up medical costs that the rest of us pay for. The Dems like such people as they vote for the Dems.
The Christ morality harms any country adopting it. An empirical morality is needed to achieve the greatest good for the greatest number in a nation (not in the world, since we are always at war, politcally and economically at the least, with any other nation in the world, copperating with them only when this is in our best interess).
My empirical morality is more moral for everyone while the Christ morality is often a criminal morality that helps a few at the expense of others or the many. Criminals do this - help themselves at the expense of others or the many. The devil sent Jesus as much as God did, which is true of all of us, since God and the devil are partners as aspects of the same universal causality process.
