This one first to inform ones who did not yet realize that CBAY, the Gem that made +370% in 14 sessions about 4 months ago, is just in the same, even better, initial low bottom situation, and that momo arrived yesterday...

I am in this one as well. Been in it for about a month now. I am in it for a blend of .16 . I know this stock is worth so much more than it is trading right now. I am ready to see the twenties + again soon GLTA GO CBAY!!!!!

Company management today commented after a diligent review of the NOBO list (notice of beneficial ownership) dated October 13, 2006: "We feel there is a significant short position in the common tradable shares, which may be influenced by a position held overseas. The regulations for shorting against stock outside of the USA are generally more relaxed and the requirements to cover against a short position are often less stringent." Management further commented, "We are also investigating the probability of short-selling against the Preferred 'B' shares."
Cal-Bay management intends to issue a statement early next week on the company's plan of action regarding the short selling.

CARLSBAD, Calif., Nov 07, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Cal-Bay International, Inc. (OTCBB:CBAY) Announced Cal-Bay's Board of Directors announced the company had submitted 11.25 Million shares of Cal-Bay common stock to the company's transfer agent for cancellation.
Cal-Bay's Board of Directors commented, "This is the first batch of shares to be cancelled within the program and other cancellations are due in the very near future."
Cal-Bay implemented the program in an effort to reduce the "short position" in the company's tradable stock.
Cal-Bay has implemented a mandatory certificate exchange of the common and Preferred "B" shares as an additional measure to help combat the "short position."
