North Carolina. GSPI had 1 of their plants burn down a while back, they just aquired a new facility in North Carolina and should be producing soon, they have more info on their web site. I just found out about EBOF planning to build a plant in Raliegh North Carolina. It just clicked that they both have some of the same intrest in ethenol fuels. I'm not saying to buy. They each have good DD available and have a lot of news on the wire. I did flip with GSPI recently and almost got back in Friday at .10 but it didn't fill. Maybe Monday. They have a share holder meeting in July and may be talking about their new plant. Worth a good DD. EBOF was on shakerzzz website last week also but the stock was going down not up.

EBOF been a good swinger, until lately...kinda tough, now

Got a link to the N. Carolina info? I knew of the facility in Oklahoma, and a planned ethanol venture...kinda surprised they'd pick so far away...

(EBOF is the 'Willie Nelson" dealie, in case you didn't know...)

A little more about GSPI

Presently there are 300,000,000 issued and outstanding shares of GSPI. The company has approximately 10,000 stockholders.

Green Star Products, Inc. has many intangible assets that show up either as a footnote in our financial statements or are not given any value whatsoever. However, these intangible assets do have real value reviewed by the financial community.

These include an $8,000,000 dollar carry forward tax loss for the Company, which insures that tax on future profits can be written off against this tax loss.

much more info in the shareholder letter
http://www.greenstarusa.com/company/shareholdersreport2006.html

GSPI is an emerging company that has gone through a transition period from Research & Development to Production & Revenue.

We are now estimating that the gross income for GSPI for 2006 will exceed $3,000,000 and will show some profits for this year. Our new plants have great profit potential and will go on-line towards the end of 2006 and through 2007.
