If you are looking for an oil play with an extremely low float then check out FDEG. News expected soon with their financial release and currently they have an oil rig in place drilling for oil that is expected to produce near 1 million barrels of oil. Few real sellers and the stock always seems to maintain above .09 mark at the end of every day.
