A BUY OPPORTUNITY !!!

USEHE is trading at 6 week highs. The price chart pattern for this stock is trending HIGHER and trading volume is noticeably stronger!!

OIL INDUSTRY COMMENTARY FROM MARTKETWATCH.COM

HOUSTON (MarketWatch) -- With little in sight to put the brakes on crude prices, equities analysts expect oil companies to once again post record quarterly profits this week when the industry's biggest names open their books.
"Given the current market fundamentals we expect average prices for both oil and gas this year to be significantly above 2005 record levels," said Fadel Gheit, an energy analyst at Oppenheimer, an investment bank. "As a result, we expect 2006 earnings to be above 2005 record levels." Oil and gas companies are not only expected to significantly exceed earnings and revenue reported in the first quarter of 2005 but are also likely to surpass analyst expectations because consensus estimates are too low, said Gheit. "We believe consensus earnings estimates are too low, based on oil prices below $59 a barrel and gas prices below $8.53 per million cubic feet," said Gheit in an earnings preview report to clients.

UPDATE !!!

May 1 Press Release from USEHE after close of Market ...

HOUSTON, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--May 1, 2006 -- US Energy Holdings' (OTC BB:USEHE.OB - News) CEO Claude Eldridge is proud to announce the secured financing of 100 million USD. These funds are immediately available to be used for any acquisitions for the growth of US Energy Holdings, to get a secure foothold in the rapid growing energy market. This will allow our aggressive acquisition team to act promptly on prime future locations as well as current acquisitions. With these funds available, US Energy Holdings will become a name to be recognized in the Independent Energy Sector. We extend the invitation to other small energy related companies interested in mergers and joint-acquisitions to contact us via our Corporate Offices at 281-315-8895.

I've felt strongly that USEHE shares are being accumulated since my shares were purchased April 18th. The visible evidence of the oil industry's mammoth earnings creates fantastic opportunities for aspiring, emerging energy companies to participate in the profitability. I trade primarily from technical analysis and tapped USEHE as a trade with significant upside potential.

USEHE closed at .41 ... up 17%.

We'll see how this stock reacts tomorrow morning.
