It seems like any small buy sends this stock up. It looks like any significant volume would send this through the roof. IMO. I would like to hear what some of the seasoned traders think about this.

You are right about that. This is a stock that has been run by some groups in the past. I guess you could buy some shares, and hang on to them, and hope a group runs this stock again, but it is a gamble.
