Well, the news came out on Feb. 25 that they were having a 90 day blackout. If you read it as 3 months, that ends Wednesday (May 25).

they said approx 90 days, so it might be a day or 3 different, hopefully there will be something next week

does anyone know a site where I can find the shares outstanding, my broker won't let me buy any more because they say i will have a controling position.

any quick help would be great.

I am a beginner and RBC can only find outstanding shares of 4.91 million

so that is my position

i am pretty sure that there is more that 4.91 million shares since there was just 9 million traded

I just got a call back from the broker who says that the agent said there is aprox 300,000,000 shares

i think some dilution has been going on, not sure how much, hard to turn a complete os 6 times in 1.5 hrs
