now if you look at a chart, you will see that this is pretty much what this type of pattern does, as someone or someones find its bottom and start if off again, allowing (or hoping) momentum will finish their job !
someone decided to drive the price down at the end of market although it was not done on much volume and "could" be an error that will be "rectified" at market open OR they wanted the stock lowered for a larger profit tomorrow.
the stock went from its basement to its 04 resistance before its sell off so it could play essentially the same range tomorrow or if it breaks the 04, start on a continuation rally, which is normal for this chart pattern !

Common Stock, $.001 par value, 200,000,000 authorized, outstanding 62,594,000 from last filing dated 4/15/05. it looks like more are ready to be added but not over 100 million total, thus shouldnt be a problem
