Hello citizens of r/s f/s board. Been out of trading for a while- mostly due to work. I'm still only keeping one eye on the market, but have been getting a little more active lately.

Anyone following this whole VVDL cashout deal? They filed a SC13E-3 in lieu of a PRE14A/14C. I suppose it's because they don't need to take it to a shareholder vote- but I've never seen it like this before.

Anyway, it hasn't hit the daily list yet, so I'm just watching for now. There's been a fair number of purchases since the 8-K, so there's a good chance they may cancel it (like they did with KATY, WMSI and a couple other recent planned r/s, f/s going private transactions). I may take a flier on it though if it drops a little. Just looking for other people's thoughts.

You know mine, I think...as I recall the 13E-c mentioned a date that has already passed, and as you say, nuttin' on DL, yet.

lol, I'm still dealing with the SEC re: MXSV--got an e-mail today with Drage still leading 'em through hoops.

That's my thought.

I still hold 200 shares of TVOG, who knows if it will ever happen.
