No! is not a confirmation. Yesterday in the Q&A tony and Peregrino had with some shareholders the first issue was the if were the posibilty of a R/S. He answered as a possible option to best interest of investors and the company (which honestly I don't think a reverse split will be ever a good option for shareholders). So I'm just trying to figured out if I have enough shares to survive a R/S.

ok FARIMI I see where the R/S talk is coming from (link below) but there is nothing in writting at this point. If they decided to issue a R/S it's proportion would be up to the one's issuing it....
