3+ YEARS AGO, THE STOCK HIT $1.00 BASED UPON THE PREVIOUS BAD STUFF I POSTED EARLIER. ALMOST DID THEY BROADCAST AND $1.00 THEY DID IN FACT HIT WITH THAT.

THE TIMING OF QBID IS RIPE. THAT FACT IS UNDISPUTED AND WE CAN GO BACK AND FORTH ON DOLLAR ISSUES ALL DAY LONG BUT NEITHER ONE OF US CAN PROVE WHAT WE SAY EITHER WAY; HENCE WE'RE AT .0015 TODAY AND THAT IS PROVEN.

I CAN'T ARGUE WITH ANYONE JUMPING THE BOAT AT .01 FOR THAT IN AND OF ITSELF IS A EXCELLENT RETURN ON INVESTMENT. I PLAY MY PICKS AS THOUGH I'M A 401K ON NASDAQ OR NYSE WHICH PUTS ME IN A UNHEARD OF CATAGORY FOR PINKIES INVESTMENTS.

THE ONE THING I WILL CORRECT YOU ON IS THE AMOUNT OF SHARES VS. SELLING PRICE. MARKET CAP MEANS NOTTA AND EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE LEARNED THAT WITH THE INTERNET BUBBLE FROM 1986 THRU 2000.

THE KEY FACTS I SEE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1. VOLUME HAS HIT 1,500,000 CASH TRADED IN A SINGLE DAY WHICH IS INCREDIBLE FOR A STOCK LIKE THIS. WHEN A STOCK AT .0001 JUMPS TO .0025 WITH ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS TRADED SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO TELL YOU THAT MARKET CAP DOESN'T MEAN SQUAT. YES I KNOW 1.5 ISN'T NEAR MARKET CAP BUT THE LOGISTICS OF THAT AMOUNT ON A PINK STOCK OF .0001 IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE AND ALMOST UNHEARD OF.

3. CEO POSTS A STOCK BUYBACK PROGRAM. JUST AS AMAZED AT NO. 2 AS I AM WITH NO. 3 HERE. A BUYBACK ON A PINKIE? INCREDIBLE.

4. 10-YEAR CONTRACT WITH TIME-WARNER. SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.

5. SATELLITE LINK-UP'S ARE COORDINATED.

6. CBS/VIACOM BACKS OUT OF IDENTICAL PROGRAMMING CHANNEL. EVEN IF CBS DIDN'T BACK OUT, I WOULD STILL FEEL AS STRONGLY CONSIDERING WE HAVE 10 ZILLION HBO'S AND MILLION CINEMAX'S. MY LOCATION ORLANDO FLORIDA HOME TO DISNEY HAS 8 OTHER MAJOR THEME PARKS THRIVING IN BUSINESS.

My guess is they started their buyback on about Feb 23rd.

200M per day x 18.75 days = 3,750,000,000 shares. Which is half of the estimates 7.5 billion outstanding shares.

So as of the close yesterday, I am guessing they have already reduced the o/s shares by 1.6 billion (200M per day x 8 days).

Just a guess. But if buys are beating sells by a 5:1 ratio, it makes sense to me.

That would be nice, but at an average price of say .0015 that would be about $8 million. Do they really have that much cash to put into a buyback?

They could indeed. But wouldn't they put that money to better used by using it to get on the air? Maybe they've been able to get funding for both. I really hope they are buying back a lot but if they've bought back as many as was suggested then I'd think the price would be going up simply because the supply is greatly reduce. Of course, maybe the outstanding was much more than the 7.5 billion.

Just as a goof I called up QBID to see who would respond if I called that number and to see if I could find out any information.

I called and I guess someone bumped the phone off the hook as soon as I called and I was able to hear what was going on for a minute or two before they attempted to make a phone call of their own. The majority of the time it was just a lot of loud noise, the phone was moving around, shuffling of a lot of paper. Along with that there was some talking between Frank Olsen and some other guy. The guy said to Frank something to the extent of "Trust me, the don't know about Renee" or "Renee doesn't know".

THEN he said "we have some big things planned in the near future." and i said, "i know, i'm excited." and he said, "yeah, me too."

PERHAPS HE WAS SIMPLY DOING CONTRACTUAL WORK OR CONSULTING WORK FOR QBID. THEN AGREED TO WORK FULL TIME. JUST A THOUGHT. I KNOW THAT I DO LOTS OF CONSULTING WORK AND THEY OFTEN ASK ME TO STAY ON AS THE DIRECTOR/ADMINISTRATOR.
