This weeks unfortunate turn of events centers on a long-standing policy including, please do not promote other websites. Many of the sites folks try to post here you will notice they are ****** out.
Those sites have been found to be mostly sites that people feel they can come here and spam our boards with the promotion of the site or they are paid stock promotion sites and such sites are not illegal with proper disclaimers, but can lead to front loading. Allstocks strives for full compliance with all trading regulations.
There are many others who have came and gone over the years.
The bans centered on 1 poster's being a paid pumper and 3 others for pumping the same stocks after they had all bought in and or perhaps had been paid as well. Several were dropped for promoting a related paid-promotion site, and some were temporary restrictions while we investigated.
Allstocks condones neither paid-promotion sites, nor the practice known as "frontloading."
In cases of dispute, individuals are welcome to discuss the circumstances with the Webmaster.

Where is everyone? Well, let's think about it. St.patricks day was the other day, everyone was drinking, eating, having sex, etc. Now there's basketball everywhere. just a question, when people come in and give DD on the stock and give a recommendation to buy a stock isn't that pumping also? The stocks i am in i will give out info and from that info if they wish to buy GREAT, i hope that they do. we ALL do. I just hope that there was concrete evidence that they were all "paid" pumpers. and i try to link charts and other things for DD purposes only but yet you won't allow that. most other sites allow that. it is like you are scared of the other financial sites or something. ne ways, i am off my soap box and back to scanning for monday morning.

I've been on pay sites and sites that allow paid promotion. You never know who to trust! Is this recommendation because they really think it's a good deal or because they got paid to give it good press?
I like a lot of the people who aren't here anymore (and, if they weren't the instigators, I hope they will work with Allstocks to come back one day) but I wouldn't want a blind eye turned to such behavior.
Kudo's for sticking to your rules and keeping this from becoming just another sketchy stock forum!

Thank you Allstocks for your diligence and concern. There are soooo many scammers out there and it is refreshing to find a place that is for our benefit and not for the paid promoters, pumpers and con artists.
BMWBoy - I see plenty of charts posted and DD. I don't know what you're alluding to. You can post DD and charts without promoting other sites at the same time.

Well, I think Allstocks was put in an un-enviable position.........They were forced to take action.
Glad I'm just around here for ride and do not have to make those kinds of decisions..

There were some Wonderful people that got banned...we all know who they are...some of those people won't be back not because Allstocks banned them...but becasue they are "insulted" to have been put in a catagory...A place that they may not deserve to be...I DON"T BELIEVE THEY SHOULD BE THERE!
So please don't assume that all that are gone "were" up to no good...some maybe...but not all!
Allstocks had their reasons...right or wrong...

The only people who have the ability to make "front loading" are MMs. The other must take a risk to wait the runs for a long time. The usefulness of AllStocks.com is questionalable now after this event.

It's different when the usual JOE, no pun intended, has the same advantage as everyone else.
Every so often you see a real gem pop up, and you take advantage of it,,,,nothing wrong with that, but being paid for it and not reporting that,,,,,,, well that is an obvious problem.
I also like the many charts that are posted here from time to time, I hope they aren't subject to removal.

Well, the way I see it, to fill the small void left by a few good posters, we will see some new varity of con artists show up and try to fill that void so as to scam the Newbes for awhile, the green peas will lose some money and learn.. Same O same O
The best and most honest posters will move to the top [ new blood? ] and Allstocks will contiue it's march to the best the web has to offer!

LOL, no kidding! The best guage I have is people that seem rational and post good/bad and ugly. But most of all I look for the ones that will admit to making a mistake when a stock is obviously acting squirrelly. I also try to watch how defensive people get when someone disagrees with them.

That's true Dust! I appreciate him doing that, and know that he almost has to. I am an FA in the real world, that is why I NEVER make buy sell recommendations on here, I just talk about what I like or don't like. Full disclosure is the only way to protect yourself when your in charge.
Also, when I say I don't "trust" anyone on here totally, I mean to say that even if someone is honest and I believe them, if I don't know them personally I won't trust their judgement when it comes to where I put my money.

The other site in question just became very questionable.
I was a member, but I requested that my registration be removed...I posted my request in a public forum on that site.
The reason I requested to be de-registered from there was my doubts about the person who created the site.
I do not want ANYTHING to do with any individual of any site or owner of a site that is paid by a company to promote and profile a pennystock company..
I do subscribe to Peter Leeds, but he DOES NOT accept any money or stock from the companies he profiles.
My doubts became more completely justified with the following..
I was immediatly singled out by the originater of the site for the insult treatment, the same kind of garden varity insults we see from the worst of the individuals that try to wiggle out of a position we think may be suspect..Is this anyway for an Executive to behave?
I simply pointed out, more or less, that getting attorneys and suing Allstocks and or Bob Frey was un-warrented because no person or persons name was mentioned in the statement by Allstocks...
How in the hell do you sue a company or individual when an Alias is claiming defamation of character.. Even the Aliases in question were not NAMED! Geezz, laughing my a$$ off!
I think St. Patricks day has claimed a few victums for a real bad headache in the morning..LMAO!
OK here is the good part, funny and ridiculas..
When I checked to make sure that my registration had been pulled? Well here goes one for HYPOCRACY!!
It said I had been banned for life!
It stated my reason for being "Banned" was, " get this now" NONE!
Hell, I demanded to be de-registered in the first place!!LMAO!!
This whole thing over there is turning into the "Keystone Cops" affair! gezz, what a riot..
I am sure when the good folks sober up over there they will be laughing about the whole thing, along with the rest of us..
