the new acquisiton does exactly the same product as HISC - namely FRID only it is more established and not focussed on consumer gagdetry as HISC is.. HMSC wont need highly diluted HISC...in a year from now, HMSC will trade at least at the same levels as HISC is now...

There is no group play that I am aware of. If you watched and owned this stock as long as some of us, you would understand that it has been steadily going up almost daily. We seen more volume yesterday as I have heard of higher price targets by some chart specialists on other boards. Bottom line is that HMSC is extremely undervalued and is heading to pennyland and higher soon.

I figured we would retrace to the early .003's on no news. Don't expect PR's to be flying on a weekly basis as it takes time to wheel and deal. For the longs, just keep adding shares like I am. In the end, it is all good!

I'm taking an honest look as I am a big holder of the stock. I'm thinking we will eventually bounce off of .003 once the daytraders move off completely. Long term holders is how we got here and it will be long term holders who will make the most money in the end. Right now, the only volume we are seeing is the MM's and the daytraders trying to make a quick buck. The overall price will not hold here as many daytraders have been thankfully moving out. What we are seeing is the stock price reflecting the true holders of the company.

I agree with sprenkld, not the most exciting news but they look like they're moving in the right direction. They have been paying off debt, which is good na dhte loss to shareholders appears to be decreasing. Couple that with a new executive management and I think they look to be quite a solid company. Like many of us know all we need now is some good news and this thing should start to move.
Maybe we should recommend they expand their market to Isreal, that way the suicide bombers won't have to come over here.

Time to start watching HMSC now that HISC has purchased EVSI as a shell. Basically what will happen is many HISC investors will get off and begin looking for a better Homeland Stock. My opinion we will soon see added interest in HMSC at these basement prices as many investors start to become aware of HMSC's potential. HMSC is set to purchase another 2-3 companies this year which will only drive us higher. The companies that McMillen has acquired already has near 30 million in instant revenue! I think we are going to start seeing forward movement again especially over the next 2-3 weeks!

I have been acquiring all the HMSC stock I can afford at this price. Not really expecting any direction to go but up. Way too many buyers trying to get in at .003-.0032 meaning those who are trying to get the stock cheaper could actually end up chasing if HMSC announces more acquisitions soon. I don't know what to think but that is all I have seen today and for the past week is steady buying. It has been quiet buying of shares until today. There has been hardly any selling which is great for us as I am definitely not going to part with my shares at these basement prices. To see McMillen's last company go from scratch to last weeks $6.00 plus, I think we are in great hands with HMSC. Remember this week, back when the stock was so undervalued and basically an unknown. I am thinking we are going to have a big year and definitely a great run over the next 3-5 years for those who really want to retire like myself.

Bottom line is that I would expect McMillen to IPO another Homeland Company to generate instant revenue to buy more and more companies. He is eager to become a Homeland Security Powerhouse. Financials will be out in May..Hopefully showing profit with their new acquisition NEXUS.. Besides the shell.. this company was once called Celerity. Thomas Mcmillen took the Former Shell and since his arrival in August has changed the company name, changed business plan to Homeland Security, Receiving financing, has kept too his script of purchasing a homeland security company, 2 letters of intent to purchase more by the end of second quarter, company goal is to have acquired 3-5 companies this year.. OHH and of course the PPS has risen from when I first purchased .0014 to the current. Slow and Steady.. ed19363 the real financials for HMSC will be in May.. We will see.. Mcmillen has the goverment connections being a former Congressman..Can't say that for Moody at HISC..Something smells very fishy over there..Overall HMSC is still a baby and I hope it takes off like HISC did last Year from these levels to .15 instant millionares..

I think we are in a good position. We have already made money on this stock and the PPS bounced nicely and brought in some new traders or at least new money. I think we can see upwards of .0049 again in the short term and no end in sight to the future gains.

I heard that there was someone who heard a rumor about this guy speaking about a conversation he overheard in a meeting between Tom and Mr X. It was suggested a deal was forth coming. However, the one guy who heard this from the other guy who overheard this supposed information was not of the most reliable type, but then again what do I know. It was only a rumor after all.

If you look at the L2s there really is very little upward resistance so that close didn't surprise me. It has the potential to knock out the .004's and into the .005's with just a good pr or more acquisitions.
