Most places says N/A for float and outstanding shares, where can I find that data.

outstanding shares arent a problem, just the float usually is, still couldnt find it on that dd site.

It does not seem to always be available. Yahoo
Financials sometimes has it.
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ao?s

Put in the symbol (incl .ob or .pk if that is your interest). When the info comes up look to the left and click "Key Statistics" (under "Company" subheading) if it is available.

To get the float look at the 10K for the transfer agent and call them. Sometimes they give you Outstanding Shares and restricted shares. Also you can call or email the company, they often can tell you. Not sure about PK's
