I got in on a class action lawsuit for this company that burned me. What exactly will happen?

probably nothing right? I only lost like 800 to a grand anyway but they are accusing SNG of being dishonest to shareholders. Any ideas?

USMC
Lawsuits are part of trading. Not familiar with this particular one, however if the case is dismissed(shareholders sometimes have higher expectations than a judge might grant) Oil & gas are doing well right now. Maybe give it some time it is still above 52 week low

I thought lawyers only get like 1/3 of any settlement ... and rest are divided among the shareholders in the suit? ....

Well i would assume that the plaintiffs would sign a agreement with a attorney as to how much they are entitled to in fee's etc.. i know i wouldnt sign any paper with a lawyer if they want more then 1/3 .. lots of law firms out there who will agree to 1/3 only just to get your business & publicity.. lawyers are like daytrading.. bid, ask, offer etc.. lol
