USMC Lawsuits are part of trading. Not familiar with this particular one, however if the case is dismissed(shareholders sometimes have higher expectations than a judge might grant) Oil & gas are doing well right now. Maybe give it some time it is still above 52 week low VAN

I thought lawyers only get like 1/3 of any settlement ... and rest are divided among the shareholders in the suit? ....

1/3 is the sumthin sumthin ( Fancy words ) but it can and is often more as they take expenses and such.

Well i would assume that the plaintiffs would sign a agreement with a attorney as to how much they are entitled to in fee's etc.. i know i wouldnt sign any paper with a lawyer if they want more then 1/3 .. lots of law firms out there who will agree to 1/3 only just to get your business & publicity.. lawyers are like daytrading.. bid, ask, offer etc.. lol
