Pcola, As you know I have been following this POS since the fgfc days. I have sold enough now to ride free and clear. I believe the TA has really screwed the pooch on this one. Their numbers are 21MM OS 276MM AS. I know for a fact that the AS is only 18MM per the Delaware SOS. I have spoken to clayton several times and the only shares out are the ones that were originally out from the RS. No additional shares have been sold by the company. If the TA has allowed approximately 11MM shares out, someone is gonna have to get them back. When I told the TA they had to many shares out and that was illegal they got pissy with me. I just laffed and hung up. Somebody somewhere appears to be responsible for those shares and they are being bought back. As far as the Pavc fiasco. they cant be compared but you know how posters are. TMAN...

I wish you luck, and you obviously have a firm grasp on the situation. Who I fear for are those who buy in on the hype and then sell for a loss. Like a couple of weeks ago when it ran to .10 and people weer yelling that this was going to $20, etc, the people who bought at .10 most likely sold in the .05 to .07 range sicne then, and lost a bunch of money. And my guess is that the novices who bougth in the .10 - .12 range today will have the same thing happen. there are certinaly people like IMAKE, who are experienced enough to take the risk, and I have no problem with them taking a flier here, but my guess is that a lot more of the retail shares that were bought today are not from those type of people.

I agree with you Pcola, that post reminds me of some of the other posters that no longer post here, Purl, Dustoff etc. Its ok to trade these POS if you know what you are doing or at least have a grasp of the pinky world. If you dont then stay the heck away. That was always their point and were always beat to death over it and now they dont post anymore. Hopefully folks will take profit on the way up and not be greedy. I know I aint. I am gonna make my million on your form 4 process. Hehehh. TMAN...

I think she was less "gentle" than I, but probably transitioned to that over the years of fighting the same argument to waves of different people.

IMAKE, you're like the guy at work that's totally immoral, and says completely inappropriate things all the time, but everyone still finds amusing for some reason.

I actually did a google search for her one time and found a board that I assume she set up, but she didn't appear to have posted there for a long time.

UHCR could see .25+ soon, some of you are not seeing the potential here..
- CUSIP change forcing covering - Acquisition of Securenet View, 2.5 mil - More optical stores coming - 4 million float ! - Buyback of shares by CEO - 20 mil credit line
There is a lot going on here, # 3 most active board on Ibub, more and more people catching wind of this.
Many many stocks with much higher floats and less potential have run from this level to over $1. I think at .10 it's a great but. GLXI with a 5 mil float ran to 40 cents from 1 cent last year - on pure BS and hype! This is a real business. You can speak to the CEO, you can buy glasses at the store.
I wouldn't count this one out. I would buy in.
