Be very careful with this one. IMO, this company is a scam and the CEO can and will fire up the printing presses at any time. And he's not subtle. Out of nowhere, hundreds of millions of shares can go through at the bid and in 30 seconds you can go from solidly green to not enough left to cover the sales commission.

I have held this for over a year...patent news..patent news..patent news...yada yada yada...if this ever gets going...it has great potential -they just need several major hurricanes,obtain the revs from the lawsuit last year and patent approval...An ethical CEO would be like XMAS
This is good news regarding being listed though IMO..long hold for me, but with this volume it could make some of you some good $$$.. in and out though..don't expect this to get back to even the R/S price of .04 anytime soon... They put out news about as often as birds migrate...GLTA

old times...yup, it was great watching 10 million shares turn into 10K shares during the R/S...good thing I have a ranch home...I would have jumped that day.... 4mil volume should show up on some radars....
However, .the infamous Matto story...held QBID for a few years...one day it finally ran and he did very well for himself..I hold onto that glimmer of hope with this one.. she needs to get out of the pinks...I lived in Ft. Lauderdale this past summer...I drove up to Boca...an office does exist at least...I was expecting to find a PO BOX or a cargo container with a drop box and a Brita filter box outside

Amishland, Pa? Hum, I remember that area, when I was in the service, stationed at Ft. Indiantown Gap. I used to love hitting the back roads and viewing the way they live. The commercialized sites are pitiful. So neat seeing people still living like back in the farmer days!!

The Company plans to capitalize on the need for improved point-of-entry and point-of-use water treatment systems and on the need for a disinfection system that has the overall capacity for treating the emerging threat agents that are not killed by halogen-based/filtration systems. Although halogens such as iodine can be very effective in killing pathogenic bacteria, our intended use of a tetrasilver-tetraoxide (Silver TTO™) disinfectant is far superior for overall removal and/or killing of the newly emerging pathogenic strains.
The current point-of-use and point-of-entry systems are primarily based on carbon or fiber filters that merely entrap, but do not disinfect drinking water. The Pure H 2 0 technology system combines use of absolute micron carbon pre-and-post filters with controlled release of oxygenated tetrasilver-tetraoxide (Silver TTO™) to treat waterborne pathogens and remove heavy metals and objectionable biomass. The use of TTO in the system is a great improvement over use of halogenated compounds such as chlorine, bromine and iodine because it is capable of killing the oocysts of Cryptosporidium and cysts of Giardia with an already proven ability to destroy pathogenic bacterial and viral species, including Escherichia coli and waterborne viral species specified by the US Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA). The US EPA, for treatment of swimming pools, has already approved TTO for its efficacy on microbes. The US EPA has set a non-enforceable limit or standard in water for silver at 0.10mg/L. However, individual states may set their own limits. Competitors include: Brita, Culligan, Amway, Ecowater, Pur Plus, Teledyne, Omni, and Cuno. These competitor systems are designed to trap and filtrate water or reduce rates utilizing low volumes, thus have significant limitations such as bacteriostatic as opposed to biocidal capacity. Brita, the leading brand, controls 60% of the market with sales of $272 million. It has been growing at a double digit rate since the launching of its home filtration point-of-use pitchers in 1988.

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pure H2O Bio-Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PRHB - News) announced today Existing Water Treatment Has Its Limitations. Pure H20 Bio-Technologies, Inc. is focused on the continued development of water disinfection technology that provides an added, but crucial layer of protection for individuals, homeowners, businesses and healthcare facilities. ADVERTISEMENT The Company's water disinfection systems are based on highly innovative disinfection and filtration removal that targets the principal pathogens, such as Cryptosporidium, Giardia, and the deadly E.coli strain 0157, which are resistant to conventional disinfectants, such as chlorine and other halogen compounds. Recent testing proved that PRHB's new primary disinfectant agent TTOT (tetrasilver-tetraoxide) is highly effective for killing these problematic organisms.
Our nation's public drinking water is not as safe as it should be.
