I can't find the AWYB thread. Some of the people on the IHUB board have been in email contact with the CEO and he says the NOBO list was readied and mailed to him today. He'll get it, check the numbers and issue a PR.

Expecting a PR by Wednesday, possibly tomorrow. Finished strong today (down on the day, but ran up in the afternoon after a rough morning) and may well take off again.

In all all my days days watching these boards, I've heard countless #'s of investors bi*ch about bashers. I havn't posted in months but right now I have to get this off my chest. THE PEOPLE IN AWYB RIGHT NOW NEED TO QUIT GIVING THEIR F*****G SHARES AWAY TO THE MM's EOM

Hey Bob! Joined Oct., 2005, live in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and your moniker is "HurricaneBob". I can guess what was going on in your life that day. Fortunately, this year has been more kind to you.

I'm getting bored with marking time the way we have the last week but I think people have been holding pretty well. Some shares are inexplicably being given away here, but the volume is low.

If the short position is even a 1/4 of what people think it is, then MM's are not recouping shares at anywhere near the level they need to. If they pick up a few hundred thousand shares each day (they're definately not getting every share that sells at these levels), then this will really explode as the deadline approaches.

Unless we're in for a rude awakening when the NOBO is PR'd (and given earlier volume, I don't see how we could be), things are getting worse for the shorts, not better.

Thanks Kermit. Guess I'm still just bitter from when I let repoman talk me out of my paiv shares and followed up by dumping my qbit shares to get in this at 20 right before it 7 bagged (and i'm talking within two hours) and this dropped to single digits. I averaged down to 11 and now know when the board gets quiet, usually all hell is gonna break loose. GLTA

Everyone on this board are pumper for their stocks which they own.

If you follow everyone on this board, you will lose big money.

Notes:

1) another poster also claims to have gotten this email but there is no broad confirmation.

2) This is a porn company. Their relations person really does use the name "Angel Love"

Edit: a number of other posters now claim to have received this email, including one who has definately been in touch with the CEO in the past. He posted his email with the header information included.

My Last Post Guys Today: READ Please...

Surprisingly, Donnie has responded my email asking about the NOBO numbers (now I just don´t know if he does this for joking or really don´t care about his words), take a look here... you will find that his response at first sight seems clear but it´s pretty ambiguous.... (see reason at bottom)

According to the NOBO I could only see a difference of 8 million, it just doesnt look right

Hi Donnie,

Thank you very much for the NOBO info! Very appreciated as well as your words to the shorts. I have read on a board some info from you saying that there are between 40-50 mil shares short. Is that true? After taking a look at the NOBO list, how larger is the list of shorts in approximated numbers?

Thank you very much, you are doing a great job!

------------------------

Then, according to "question-response" what´s the meaning of that 8 mil shares difference?: 8 mil shares are short or 40-50 mil (+ or - 8) are short? I have also asked him about that but still haven't get a response back (and don´t think I will).

Good Luck to All! See you tomorrow, even 8 milion shares short are PRETTY PRETTY HUGE!

Manwe

P.S.: I can assure you I am not making up any info and the emails are literally posted without changing anything.

hope i busting any bodys bubble here but i like this ihub post

IMO since the variables between CSHD and AWYB are vast it is very difficult to "estimate" what type of results to expect. IMO (and PLEASE feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) The potential for AWYB to increase exponentially higher then CSHD is very probable but IS dependent upon a few variables:

1
FLOAT issue-
since AWYB has such a small float (in comparison to CSHD) trader sentiment and interest will most likely be higher. Their interest will be higher since the relative amount of shares compared to the short position is EXPONENTIALLY larger then it was in CSHD.
2
SHORT position-
There are more MM short positions compared to the available shares. MM's will HAVE to raise the price substantially in order to acquire shares from the current holders. MM's will ALSO be competing for shares that will be sold by the current shareholders. This will lead to the old issue of supply and demand...much more demand then supply.
3
Current AWYB Shareholders-
Since many of the largest shareholders in AWYB have substantial holdings AND have played other short position trades they will hold until a MUCH higher pps is achieved..thus gaining maximum ROI on their investment risk. This previous experience will assist AWYB in achieving a HIGHER pps then CSHD based upon the experience and knowledge factor of the current holders.
4
CEO PR timing- Providing the timing and content of the PRs is substantial then 'investor interest' will gain further momentum. This increased momentum and interest will compound Variable #2(above)
5
Unknown variables-
Timing for CUSIP change, recall of certs AND IF the PRs state that there will be dividends granted within a short period of time then all of these factors will further momentum and interest... exponentially increasing MM capability to control Variable #2 (above)

Hopefully I've captured most of the pertinent information in a concise manner. Please let me know your thoughts and or opinions.
Have a great night and rest assured I believe we're definitely in for one hell of a ride!

Great News out today 10/11/2006
AWYB Updates Shareholders on Initial Review of NOBO List!
Oct 11, 2006 9:00:00 AM

BOCA RATON, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/11/06 -- Last week, American Way Business Development Corporation (PINKSHEETS: AWYB) ("AWYB") announced that last week the corporation had requested the Non-Objecting Beneficial Owner (NOBO) list from ADP Automatic Data Processing Inc. located at 51 Mercedes Way, Edgewood, NY 11717.

After careful consideration, the company board of directors had decided to revise the list to reflect the shareholders list as of close of business Monday, October 2, 2006. Some additional information had been obtained that the board of directors were anxious to see, and is reflected in the updated NOBO list.

The company has received the NOBO list dated October 2, 2006. After careful review, and having close contact with ADP and the transfer agent, the company has come to the following conclusion: there appear to be some major differences in the numbers reflected on the NOBO list versus the actual numbers from the transfer agent.

We are going back to specific brokers for the "last and final" counts of shareholders and number of shares held in those accounts. According to the records received, and the records of the transfer agent, there is a variance of a substantial number of shares. We feel it is in our best interest and the interest of our shareholders to have the applicable brokers try to clear up this large variance. We intend to give all parties a final chance to document and verify the numbers we have received, and if the numbers are still out of sync, the company will immediately conduct a forensic shareholder audit to determine the extent of naked short selling of AWYB!

We encourage our shareholder base to watch for updates as they occur!

Sincerely,

Don Platten

Hurricane: if you could see realtor's posts on the earlier AWYB thread, you wouldn't worry about him calling you a pumper.

He's one of those flippers who bashes the stock when he's not in it to try to get a better reentry point. He's not a "GLTA" type, he's the type who wins by making others lose.

American Way Business Development Corp. Announces New Direction, Rescinds Previously Announced Transaction

Wednesday, October 11, 2006 14:00 ET

BOCA RATON, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/11/06 -- American Way Business Development Corporation (PINKSHEETS: AWYB) ("AWYB" or the "Company") hereby announces, effective immediately, the termination of the transaction with Pure Pleasure Fantasies, Inc. ("PLEASURE") announced on September 28, 2006. After a careful evaluation and completion of the due diligence, including a thorough analysis of the product line and the competitive position of PLEAURE by a national distributor, AWYB was forced to conclude that this was not the best move for the Company at this time.

Don Platten, President, stated, "We had actually finalized the deal subject to finalization of the due diligence and verifying the accuracy of the representations and warranties relating to the product line and the competitive position of PLEASURE in the industry."

Mr. Platten states, "Sometimes, when one opportunity is lost, another one comes knocking. We have been contacted by a company that seems more suitable for our business model; we are doing the necessary due diligence. We will give further details as soon as we can. This will represent a new direction for our company and we are very excited about it. Please look for further developments." Mr. Platten reiterates, "Our primary motivation has always been the well-being of our shareholders. This is why we find it so distressing that the Company's stock seems to have become the plaything of short sellers."

what a POS!!!
shares weren't short like he thought, so now he stops the merger that would have exposed the shorts.

Yikes!

You back in bk? I'm still in with 50K now. Added some more when it dropped this afternoon.

I swear to god this is like a soap opera. We have posters claiming this and that in e-mails from the CEO, CEO releasing PRs with no substance, price crashing because of it, then rebounding when people think he's toying with shorts, people who come onto IHUB like DeepThroat claiming to have insider secrets.

I don't know WTF to think anymore, except that the float almost fully traded AGAIN, and I am damn sure there are still a lot of shorts out there.

Oh, and I'm also sure it's been probably the most interesting stock I've ever been involved in.

I don't get why he hasn't released the NOBO list if he has it. If it is so earth shattering, why wait? Why close the merger deal (if there ever was one) that was supposed to "really stick it to the shorts"? Why warn the shorts in multiple PR's of what you are going to do to them, giving them a chance to cover? MM's are not stupid...

Also, with all this talk from him, do you not think the shorts have caught on? As much volume as this trades, the shorts may have been covered long ago.

I think what we are seeing now is retail traders trading back and forth on fluff news. It may have had a short squeeze, but that's over.

This is the biggest scam on earth. The CEO is amazingly deceptive. I am still waiting on my dividends from AWBV. I hope you are all not still waiting for the big squeeze in a few months, while averaging down to sub penny...

I respect all of you and wish you luck in this. I rarely post negative things, and the only reason I do it here is that I don't want to see my fellow traders get duped again by this scam...

AMERICAN WAY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RECALLING
STOCK CERTIFICATES

BOCA RATON, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/12/06 -- American Way Business Development Corporation (PINKSHEETS: AWYB) ("AWYB" or the “Company”) today formally notified NASDAQ of the details of its far-ranging corporate reorganizations. Specifically, in connection with the previously-announced transaction with the Harvard Learning Centers, Inc., AWYB is changing its jurisdiction of incorporation from Delaware to Florida, changing the name of the Corporation from American Way Business Development Corporation to the Harvard Learning Centers, Inc., requesting a new NASD symbol and, most importantly, subject to meeting all NASD requirements, INSTITUTING A MANDATORY RECALL OF THE CURRENT AWYB CERTIFICATES TO BE REPLACED BY NEW CERTIFICATES WITH THE NEW NASD SYMBOL AND A NEW CUSIP NUMBER.

Don Platten, President, stated “We did not want to do a mandatory cert recall but, reviewing the discrepancies between the NOBO list, the DTC and the shareholder list and taking into account the views of our advisers, we felt we had no choice.” “The advantage of this approach,” Mr. Platten states, “is that once the certs are pulled, the shorts will have no place left to hide.”
The other alternative available to the Company was to do a forensic audit of the shareholders, particularly the 40 or so brokerage accounts. After careful review of that option, the Company decided that that particular approach was cost-prohibitive and, some advisers warned that it was unclear whether that approach would necessary uncover the true number of the shorts.
Mr. Platten adds “I know that a lot of shareholders are asking for a specific number of shorts. The sad answer is that we don’t know for sure but that it is clear in the number of millions. It is hoped that the mandatory cert exchange, once it finalized, will resolve the problem once and for all. We encourage our shareholder base to watch for updates as they occur.”
