VIPM is looking for a good shell to aquire
via reverse merger.
Check out their news release of Oct. 3rd.
Currently trades * .0005
Could this be another LFZA?
Is it time to load up the truck?
What gives with the spread? (.0002 x .02) huh!?
Anyone get in near bid or below ask?
Any thoughts?,,,anybody?...

good find beech. personally, i wouldn't buy in now cuz it could be some boiler room b!tches seeing the effect that true reverse mergers have on a stock, playing the PR angle and sh!tting all over us at the end of the day. i do, however, have it now heavily radar'd.
thank you for the heads up.

Might be worth throwing in some money if you have spare change.
I just don't like the volume spread so far ...

For this to run VIPM would have to be the shell and some private company would have to RM in to it. LFZA was the shell that USSEC RMed into.

So company XYZ is looking to RM into VIPM. That would be better, or better yet, "Company XYZ announced today that it has executed and completed a binding definitive agreement providing for XYZ's reverse acquisition of VIPM".

something is up with this play. heavy volume in light of the fact it's basically a 99% spread. contrary to my comment above. i bought 15k shares today at the .007 ask. (only $100) just to see what happens. also, my 15k buy, ended up showing red on the L2, as did all other trades which i'm guessing were buys too. MMs might be trying to mask buys if something is really in the works here. worth a c-note anyway.

Yeah, something is going on with this one.
VIPM is a clean shell looking for an aquisition.
They're based in SLC, Utah.
It's pps has jumped from .0005 to .007 in just a
coupla days - that's a 14x bagger right there (1300%)!
And it has an even wider spread.
A green flag that the MM's are loading up the truck under the table.
Watch for a gap up on Monday followed by a
slight pullback.
If so, I'll jump in big on this one fer sure.
