Markland Tecnilogies (MRKL) obtained several multi-million dollar DOD contracts throughout the past year. They manufacturing vaious combat harware for the troops in Iraq. Such things as night vision googles, survelliance gear, and IED signal jammers make up the list. They traded for .002 in Feb. and currently slug along around the .02 range where it's been for ages. I e.mailed the PR guy at Markland and asked him if there were any problems with said contracts. To my surprise he wrote back to tell me the contracts were fine and that "implementation and deployment of equipment" were to blame for it's low share price. They have a great numbers for a .02 stock and volume has been in the stratosphere at times. That said, why is it still in the basement? Are the MM's playing their games again or will MRKL eventually lift off into orbit Any thoughts?...
