JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp. Announces Board of Directors Considering Stock Buyback Program

JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp. ("JUPITER" or the "Company") (JPHC) today announces its Board of Directors is considering a proposal to commence a stock buyback program to reduce the number of shares in the open market public float. The Company believes this program, upon approval and implementation, should improve shareholder value and the Company's ability to attract financing and other acquisitions.
The Board of Directors is planning to make a determination in the next few days and an announcement will be made accordingly.

I think it'll be months before the stock buyback starts providing it is approved by the board. But when it happens, this stock is really going to fly to JUPITER!!!

It better start moving soon. I've been watching JPHC for months now. Dropped in price dramatically during these last few months so I believe this is the right time to buy at these prices. Could drop tomorrow. I'm hoping not but that's just a guess.

ask is back at .0007 after an afternoon of almost constant buying presure at .0006. This is setting up very nice! Bring on the buyback PR!

If they announced it, then most likely the buyback will be authorized by the board of directors. It's just going to take time so we need to wait.

I've had this one for awhile. But it seems like JPHC is ALWAYS "considering" or "thinking" about doing something. Just do it already and get our pps out of the basement! Thank you.

I absolutely, totally agree with that comment! Maybe the CEO and the board of directors are all mentally challenged therefore leading to their extremely slow thinking. Let's just hope I'm wrong about them.

I'll tell you what JPHC management, I'm "thinking" about "considering" buying more shares of your company, but I'll have to discuss it over with my fellow Allstock posters. I'll let you know in a few days what my decision is.

I've been waiting for JPHC to go down in price since last September. Sure enough, JPHC's prices goes near the bottom. I think this is the right time to buy JPHC. Should take off soon!

Nice to see it close at .0007!! Now lets hope for some buyback confirmation or other good news next week. This ulcer-maker needs to get some legs!!

Anymore thoughts, rumors...? Very good to see it strong at .0007. What do you all think a pr on the buyback or the buyback itself will do to price?
