USXP has been a scam for years.. They got into quite a bit of trouble a few years ago for issuing unregistered shares to friends and family, then dumping those shares on the market.. all while claiming they were being shorted heavily. I'm suprised to see they are still around actually. Just goes to show, the SEC has no teeth.
