so do you think this may have been a good pick?
so tell me if i am right if there is 50 million auth. shares and the float is 20 million does that mean there is 30 million left ot there has been 30 million bought and 20 million left is that what the float means 20 million left

OK...found this...copied from e-mail that I received from Bottom picks

OSFT

This one has been dropping hard, too hard if you know what I mean.

This old news was interesting: "On January 4, 2005, the Company announced that it has received investments totaling $250,000. In addition, it announced that it has invested the funds in a new nanotechnology venture in partnership with Terra Solar Development Corp."

If you DD, check out this Terra Solar corp.......very interesting. (they have now acquired all Terra assets, read below)

Authorized shares: 50 million
Float: 20 Million

The float from Pink sheets is 14 million, I'm using the 20 to be on the safe side.

On Wed's they aquired assets of Terra Solar which are:

http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050119/195331_1.html

This news is fantastic!
The principal nanotechnology assets being acquired include:

Patents issued and applied for, as well as patent disclosures related to the use of carbon nanotubes in
nickel-carbon nanotube batteries
hydrogen storage in carbon nanotubes
Design of a number of Nanofilm-based PV consumer products
Related contracts with workers and consultants
****Today the bid was .017 while ask was .025, from open untill at least 2:00 I had buys in all day on the low end and not one share filled, all buys were at the ask. I had to leave my desk at 2:00 sometime after the bid went up and the ask came down to .023 and the buys started to come in. (being away from my desk, I did not get in. I have set a buy for the a.m at .025) I was begging for them to fill me below .02 since it would be a complete steal.

You all may want to ensure its going up in the am, I am going away for the weekend, and didn't feel the stock would gap over my price. Use your skills, this Alert is not for newbies, (do some DD)

Check the chart, the turnaround candlestick is pretty big, but check a daily chart or buys and sells list and you'll know that most buys were at .025 today.

I am alerting today because I feel that today was the bottom. I am looking to get in at .025 and for this stock to at least break .05 at least, with the nano news, I am expecting a lot more.

ObjectSoft Covered in Article by Journalist
Thursday January 13, 11:03 am ET
By Maria Esposito

NEW YORK, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ObjectSoft Corp. (Pink Sheets: OSFT - News) Most people know that atoms are the smallest particles that an element can be divided into and still retain its characteristic properties. What most people don't know, however, is that there is a scientific field called nanotechnology that develops new materials and processes by manipulating atomic and molecular particles.
Nanotechnology combines engineering with chemistry. Atoms and molecules can be united because they have shapes that are complementary and can interlock, or they have charges that attract. Of course this kind of fusion requires nanomachines that manipulate individual atoms and place them in patterns to produce a desired end result. This emerging scientific field is one that ObjectSoft (Pink Sheets: OSFT - News) believes is an exciting and rapidly growing one.

The company believes so strongly in the future earning power of this branch of science, that it divested itself of its former business and made an investment in Terra Solar Development Corp., a privately held nanotechnology entity headed by Dr. Zoltan Kiss. Dr. Kiss, a well-known inventor, has three patterns in the nanotechnology field. His work has garnered major support from the US government including the Department of Energy's National Renewable Energy Laboratory.

ObjectSoft's outlook is well founded in statistics. The Business Communication Company, Inc., an independent research firm that studies major market, economic and technological developments, has released an independent report that indicates total global demand for nanoscale materials, tools, and devices was estimated at $7.6 billion in 2003 and is expected to grow at an average annual growth rate of 30.6% to reach $28.7 billion in 2008. The global nanotechnology market, figured to be about $7 billion in 2002, was considered comparable in size to the biotechnology sector, but was significantly smaller than the $800 billion informatics market. The nanotechnology market, however, is thought to be growing more than twice as fast as the other two.

ObjectSoft has developed its own strategy for adding to the sector's growth. Its goal is to develop patented, commercial products using nanotechnology to harness renewable energy. Some avenues they are considering include:

* Commercializing portable photovoltaic micropower sources for electronic
products like cell phones, palm pilots, PCs, ebooks etc.

* Applying carbon nano-tubes to Nickel-Cadmium batteries for storage of
hydrogen.

ObjectSoft anticipates that its initial products will start shipping in the second quarter of 2005.

In keeping with the theme of creating a new commercial entity, ObjectSoft has revamped its own internal structure. Founded in 1990, it recently revived its Delaware charter and reappointed American Stock Transfer and Trust Co. as its transfer agent. The company, which has been protected under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code since 2001, has also transferred all of its pre-bankruptcy assets and liabilities to the Bankruptcy Trustee with the exception of one note. This note, in the principal amount of $100,000, was acquired by Securities Acquisition New York, LLC. The Bankruptcy Court in New Jersey approved all transfers and acquisitions. The current management acquired the company from bankruptcy in November 2004.

Another part of this restructuring effort was appointing Moshe Gluzman a Director. Upon the resignation of the previous sole director, Mr. Gluzman became Chief Executive Officer and sole director of the corporation. He brings with him a focus not only on new technology, but also on bring the company up to speed in terms of becoming fully reporting as soon as the necessary audits and filings can be completed.
