This old news was interesting: "On January 4, 2005, the Company announced that it has received investments totaling $250,000. In addition, it announced that it has invested the funds in a new nanotechnology venture in partnership with Terra Solar Development Corp."
If you DD, check out this Terra Solar corp.......very interesting. (they have now acquired all Terra assets, read below)

I had to leave my desk at 2:00 sometime after the bid went up and the ask came down to .023 and the buys started to come in. (being away from my desk, I did not get in. I have set a buy for the a.m at .025) I was begging for them to fill me below .02 since it would be a complete steal.
You all may want to ensure its going up in the am, I am going away for the weekend, and didn't feel the stock would gap over my price. Use your skills, this Alert is not for newbies, (do some DD)
Check the chart, the turnaround candlestick is pretty big, but check a daily chart or buys and sells list and you'll know that most buys were at .025 today.
I am alerting today because I feel that today was the bottom. I am looking to get in at .025 and for this stock to at least break .05 at least, with the nano news, I am expecting a lot more.

This note, in the principal amount of $100,000, was acquired by Securities Acquisition New York, LLC. The Bankruptcy Court in New Jersey approved all transfers and acquisitions. The current management acquired the company from bankruptcy in November 2004.
Another part of this restructuring effort was appointing Moshe Gluzman a Director. Upon the resignation of the previous sole director, Mr. Gluzman became Chief Executive Officer and sole director of the corporation. He brings with him a focus not only on new technology, but also on bring the company up to speed in terms of becoming fully reporting as soon as the necessary audits and filings can be completed.

I just heard from a 'reliable' source that an increase in A/S and an R/S are coming for this... I'm getting out here. I hope they are wrong, but not waiting around to find out. This is not meant as a bash, I like the company and technology, but I like my money also.

ObjectSoft Corp. (OTC-Pink Sheets: OSFT) today announced that it expects to complete the process of renaming the company Nanergy Inc. within the next 30 days. This previously announced change reflects the acquisition by the company of the nanotechnology assets of RES Inc., formerly Terra Solar Development Corp. and also of Accusealed of Hungary.
Separately, the Company announced that its board has approved the working prototype of its first product. Mr. Moshe Gluzman, Chief Executive Officer of ObjectSoft said, "We have received and approved for manufacture a working prototype of NanoSign(TM), the Company's first commercial nanotechnology-based product. We expect to shortly release the product for manufacture and to begin shipping in the second quarter of 2005." This illuminated safety house number sign uses PVNanofilm technology so that it can recharge in low light. The high efficiency of the nanotechnology-based photovoltaic cell recharges the device for a week on only eight hours of daylight. Unlike existing devices, direct sunlight is not required. The company believes this product meets a widely-felt need. Products of this type have been recommended by police and emergency workers; however existing products have been too expensive and have too short a life to be suitable for mass marketing.
Separately, the Company announced details of its capital structure. There are about 50 million shares in the float. The number of shares authorized is 850 million. About 643 million restricted shares were issued or are issuable in connection with the acquisitions. The total outstanding after giving effect to shares issuable for the acquisition is about 700 million shares. All of the persons issued restricted shares in connection with the acquisition will be deemed control persons under SEC rules.
