Anyone know whats up with this. I guess I got F%#%%# again. I didn't see any thing about a reverse split recently on this or did they just blind side me like usual! My Scottrade account says unavailable due to reorg or tender offer??
Any help greatly apreciated!!!

It was announced in Sept. of last year, this is copied from their 14C filing:
quote:4. To grant discretionary authority to our board of directors to amend our articles of incorporation to effect a reverse stock split of our common stock on the basis of one post-consolidation share for up to each 300 pre-consolidation shares to occur at some time within 12 months of the date of this information statement, with the exact time of the reverse split to be determined by the board of directors.
When you see that "within 12 months" statement, head for the door. It always happens in a relatively short period of time.
