I got into this one a while back at I believe around .011 or .012, can't remember right now, but I'm willing to hold onto it for a little, even though I aleady have been. I should have done like dog said and kept buying lower in the .005 range and selling on the upticks to level out what I've lost, I certainly could have made it all back and plus by now. The PR's have been good on this one and I believe that it most certainly could fly a bit more, however, kind of curious on why it didn't go higher on the good PR that it had today. I thought that the PR today would have sent it flying. Oh well, I've still got faith in it. Hope everyone does well with it, I'm in for the long haul, or atleast until it gets over the .01 range again. Cya-Shadow

Associated financial/network services company USA Technologies, Inc. announced Thursday the completion of the smaller, less expensive new Generation 5 e-Port(r) cashless transaction device and that one of the biggest Coca-Cola bottlers is already installing it.
The company said the G5 e-Port is believed by USA Technologies to be the world's first 'one-piece' design for implementation of cashless vending, and added that the new technology can be installed into a vending machine in five minutes or less. It also comes with wireless connectivity, instantly enabling a vending location to accept credit/debit card transactions.

Just wondering when this son of a whore is going to fly. With the great sales news that it had for the quarter, this stock should be hauling ass soon, just wondering what's going on. Wannabe, I'm not a financial analyst, but they had $428 cash in 2002, lost/spent over $1.6 million on FAILED ventures, Ms. Zepeda is the main employee,...it's questionable. While I've watched this stock since your posting, it ranges from .0045-.0068 you can continue to play it for the bounces, but for long term..IMHO...no. Terry

To add a little more, while they have some market niches, they have a scatter gun approach...seems to be no focus or direction. THEY even state their questionability of staying afloat. Like I said, I'm newer to the pennies, but I am learning that you play these as they're running...don't fall in love/ become entranced by them. It's hard to do, but you'll be better off in the long run. Terry

(OTC:XYNY) announce today that it has now filed an amended 10ksb for 2002 and intends to file its 2003 amended 10ksb within the next ten days. Auditors who performed the 2002 audit had complications with the SEC that compelled Xynergy to conduct a re-audit of the 2002 operations. Further, the auditors who were initially engaged to perform the 2003 audit were dismissed in June, 2004. (See 8k filing dated June 17, 2004.)
