NORTHLAKE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 28, 2004--
United Network Marketing Services, Inc. (OTCBB:UMKG)
today announces the closing of the merger of The Knockout Group, Inc., www.theknockoutgroup.com, a privately held company, with a wholly
owned subsidiary of United. Knockout is the exclusive developer and
marketer of George Foreman's Knock-Out(R) line of non-toxic,
people-friendly cleaners and disinfectant.
"The closing of this transaction was an integral part of
Knockout's overall growth plan," said John Bellamy, chairman and chief
executive officer of both The Knockout Group and United. "As a public
company, we believe that Knockout should have greater access to
capital markets."
The Knockout Group pre-launched its line of George Foreman's
Knock-Out(R) household cleaners and disinfectant in August 2004, and
already has product placements in more than 7,000 stores, including
Albertson's, Duckwall, Publix, Target, Walgreen's and the military
exchanges. The company plans to officially launch its household
products line during the first quarter of 2005, followed by the George
Foreman's Knock-Out(R) automotive cleaning products line in mid-2005.

Nemesis,

Anything else you have on this company? Valuation, etc.?

I'm wondering if we are the first to hear about it now, but after hours...

Maybe it will fly tomorrow if the stock is undervalued.
