(OTCBB:UMKG) today announces the closing of the merger of The Knockout Group, Inc., www.theknockoutgroup.com, a privately held company, with a wholly owned subsidiary of United. Knockout is the exclusive developer and marketer of George Foreman's Knock-Out(R) line of non-toxic, people-friendly cleaners and disinfectant. I can say i almost bough usxp at the opening bell when it only had a 1% gain but i dont have that much money, believe it or not but its may first day post'n info off of otccharts

I have seen the sale change as much as .5 and bid ask has not moved. Can someone explain?
