Well looks like it will be sold over the next 2 years. This also means that they wont have any shortage of money for the next 2 years. Gary and co will own 56% of the company... They are diluting but its quaterly dilution and gary and Co is buying most of the stock. Gary and Co is a company which in tat business of accquiring profitable businesses.
Interesting way of doing this deal its a Win Win situation.

I'm in on this one. I hope Gary CO decides to keep OHNA. This news should see OHNA on its way again. I played it last time from .0036 to .014.

Did anbody notice all the buys into this one ? I'm loading heavy if this goes any lower. I just hope it falls to .002 ... i just wish

Im in since the first run and havent sold yet. It doesnt take much volume to get it moving but when it does its hard to buy.

I am in OHNA. I think this is bottom here. Tomorrow will be a very fun day for OHNA. I expect a bottom bounce occur tomorrow.
