Well looks like it will be sold over the next 2 years. This also means that they wont have any shortage of money for the next 2 years. Gary and co will own 56% of the company... They are diluting but its quaterly dilution and gary and Co is buying most of the stock. Gary and Co is a company which in tat business of accquiring profitable businesses.
Interesting way of doing this deal its a Win Win situation.

Im in since the first run and havent sold yet. It doesnt take much volume to get it moving but when it does its hard to buy.
