I have since learned you should wire the money in if you want it to be avail. right away.

here is a tip to get by that rule.
trade a $5 stock with the newly wired funds sell that stock and buy any OCTBB you want.

once you buy a nasdaq or higher priced stock and then sell your funds are just that YOUR FUNDS...

works for me hope it works for you to beat that 10day rule.
