I received this email from John Williams with LEEP and thought I would share it with you. There is DD pages ?? back on LEEP.
I had talked with him on the phone prior to the meeting and he said he would send me info about how he felt about the meeting. I know he works for them, so of course cannot send me anything bad. I think LEEP is a long hold due to the time frames involved with contracts etc...
Do your DD.

The following is my personal overview of LEEP's Shareholder
meeting held in new York on June 28th.
I thought you might find it of interest.

I have just returned from New York where I attended LEEP's
Shareholder Meeting.
The following is my report of the meeting.
Chairman, Dennis Schrage, opened and chaired the meeting.
I was very pleased to see Dave Thorn, who has been the
backbone of PA plant since inception, being nominated and
elected to the board. With the housekeeping matters having been
conducted with the directors being elected for the
following year. Dennis advised that Eye Witness News had issued a
short 2-minute overview on LEEP and that many interested
parties were not able to "open the link"; therefore CD's will
be made and will be available to shareholders etc. Dennis
then reviewed the progress that LEEP had accomplished in the
past year(s) and where the company was heading in the
coming year(s).
I was pleased and impressed with the progress that the
company has made towards both financing and sales. Naturally it
is very important that the Sales Book be full prior to all
the financings being completed and on that front it would
definitely appear that LEEPCore has been very well received
in Florida (other states are certainly aware of LEEP). In
addition to the classrooms it would appear that multi-story
buildings and residential buildings are now looking to LEEP
as a very attractive alternative solution to the standard
methods of construction being presently utilized. Dennis
suggested that Mexico appears to be an attractive foreign
market to look at.
Personally I would think the company's recently announced
sales of $4.8Milion for next year will definitely be
understated, since there are many interested parties coming to the
table. There are 6 companies presently in the solidifying
process and 3 companies from Florida placing orders. SE
Modular is presently constructing 6 - 10 classrooms per day.
PA plant will be ramping up to increase production from
40,000 - 50,000 sq ft per month to 120,000 sq ft per month.
Each laminating plant will increase production to
25 Million sq ft annually, which definitely will reduce the
manufacturing cost of product resulting in a profitable
LEEP in the coming years with the addition of laminating
plants.
I was pleasantly surprised upon hearing that it is
anticipated having the first laminating plant on line within the
next 18 months, which means groundbreaking by calendar year
end. Dennis Schrage advised that the first plant would be
built in central Florida.
When asked as to the future of PA plant Dennis advised that
PA will play a vital role in LEEP's future as an R & D type
facility (say 12 months after the first laminator overlap).
LEEP has been asked for and is developing new products,
which will form a very important and integral part of the LEEP
family of products. In short PA will be a very important
fixture in LEEP.
The company is presently placing orders for steel for the
following year's business. This is naturally a very
important factor to ensure the future orders are shipped on time;
as such it is imperative to ensure that the steel orders are
duly entered in the "Cycle" on a timely basis.

I think it was obvious that management were hoping to
announce the closing of the first portion of funding at this
meeting, hence it being held in New York. Dennis advised that
the company obviously is planning to complete the increment
of funding to expand the PA plan on a very fast track."
Since they openly discussed the construction of the laminating
plant it would appear the second stage of the funding is
well in hand.

All in all it was a worthwhile trip across the country to
meet management and to ask them questions face to face.

It is my opinion that LEEP's future is pretty much on
target. As such I am a very happy shareholder.

Subsequent to the meeting I met a friend of mine, in the
financial markets, who was very knowledgeable with Florida's
building standards and he has followed LEEP for the past
couple of years and feels that "We are There". As such a
meeting was arranged for he and Grant, which I understand was
very informative.

In closing I would just like to say "Thanks Grant"
