Zwebner announced today that the company has executed a Patent Sub License Agreement with a Chinese manufacturer of "SOHO" styled Air Water machines. The Patent Sub-License Agreement calls for a one time payment of $50,000 and ongoing royalties of 1% on all made and sold products for a period of 10 years. The agreement covers all sales worldwide, with the exception of China internally. The Chinese manufacturer is claiming that it will achieve sales of about $10 million in the year 2004. In a statement made today, company president Michael J. Zwebner stated: "This Patent Sub-License Agreement is yet another positive step forward in our global operations. We continue to build every aspect of our business, and have now for the first time made use of our Patents with a Chinese manufacturer of Air Water machines." (OTC Bulletin Board: UCSY) company chairman Michael J. Zwebner announced today that the company has recently signed a new agreement and contracted its first commercial order for a number of Air Water machines for direct shipment to China. Shanghai Gaochen Energy Technology and Development Co Limited (SGETD), has placed the order for several additional Air Water machines of various sizes to be shipped to China for onward delivery to several major Chinese government entities and offices. Specifically, the machines will be delivered to units of the police, the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, hospitals, and 3 government ministries. It is intended for these machines to be evaluated and subjected to tests. Following successful deployment and satisfactory results and reports, large orders for additional machines will follow. Under the terms of the new agreement, SGETD will import and market a range of Air Water Machines and Systems to the Chinese government and local commercial markets. This is potentially a great company. Israelis have been using solar power for years. UCSY is a leader in Solar panels and with the air water machine can score big time with oil being high (alternative energy sources) and environmental issues in third-world countries drinking water. Israel also has excellent relations with India.
Also they are reconfiguring 2 gas stations in China to be exclusively run by solar power, I believe, and if this works there is a potential $100 million contract for many more stations.
